It's a very sensitive high-end remote, not the easiest to program correctly, but our tech knew what to do, explained it as he went, and taught us the troubleshooting short-cuts and actions to take in the future. Remote has been working just fine since he was here.

GEEK SQUAD ROCKS

They called to let me know they were on their way and arrived with smiles on their face. Asked for details about placement of TV on the wall and went to work mounting TV, programming rote, and answered all our questions.

Installation of my new TV went smoothly.

They removed my other TV and installed my new Sony. The entire process went smoothly and professionally. They also reprogrammed my Logtech remote and explained the workings of all remotes, checking everything before they left. I was very impressed with the service I received.
