I'm so glad I called them to set up my remote. Don't be intimidated. Our guy Cory from the geek squad came to program the remote and he showed me everything and how everything works. The product and the service was phenomenal! It was easy to use and we never have to hassle with 4 different remotes. It's All in one and goes perfect I. It's little sleek holder.

I love Geek Squad. They determined that my Harmony remote was kaput and found a work around using my Apple TV remote. I don’t know what I’d do without Geek Squad!!!!

The TV is about the same as our old one whose pixels had begun to wear or whatever happens when you see lots of gray in all the faces. The best part is the service we got with installation and then a folllow-up call. We had side panels showing up on some channels and had to call for help. Roy was excellent. We'd be sure to buy at best buy just because of Roy's courteous and professionalism.

It was worthwhile to have the Geek Squad program my universal remote for me while they were at the rest of my setup. I've done another Harmony one, and while it's not rocket science, but it's nice to get up and running without the trouble. In the notes from the setup, I received the login information for the account they setup with the saved configuration so I can easily take it from here.

He arrived timely and reprogrammed my remote which unfortunately is no longer a priority product in the line. He was unable to add features that were included in previous releases of the software for this model, but did the best he could do. I'm disappointed the software doesn't include features that I enjoyed.

works well with direct tv if you have equipment inside cabinets only way to go

The Harmony 665 put my entertainment center in complete harmony with each other and me eliminating 4 separate remotes! I’m 80 years old and not tech savvy but don’t need to be with this gadget. It even controls an old dvd-vhs recorder I keep to transfer my old home movies! Only downside is small button labels. Harder for these old eyes to read and backlighting could be brighter.

The technician arrived promptly reprogrammed our remote and everything works great!
