Tv cleaner did the trick

I had to probe for the information about the products--finally he took me back to the TV/stereo dept where the sales guy there gave me the info I needed to make an informed decision. Didn't like the initial "drop Off"--I want to showed personally and told the product info from the start

Great Set up and Training of Remote
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had other universal remotes but be because of recommendation of Best Buy, I purchased Harmony remote.Heather and Connor from Geek squad in crosslands plaza Best Buy, programmed this remote to control my new receiver, TV, spectrum cable and blu ray player thru this remote. They trained us on how to use it. They did a great job and are fantastic.

Good Job Programming, but have had issues

They did a good job programming and it worked fine while the tech was there. I later had some issues and the tech had to come back and re-program. This remote has been difficult to learn and use.

Geek Squad Installation of 65" HD TV/Harmony Setup

We also had purchased a new receiver and we have a Bluray player as well as an IPod cradle for a home multiroom speaker system. All equipment needed to be connected and our Harmony IR remote programmed. Geek squad was wonderful working quickly and efficiently to get everything working properly.

Geeks are Squaeky

I messed the remote control up a few days after the installation. They came back out and gave us a lesson on the use of it, Since then, we are pretty happy. It does take some time to get use to how long it takes to change something, but as we were explained to about that, the whole system goes through a lot of actions. We are happy
