Money well spent

No need for individual remotes. The Geek Squad technician set it all up for us and showed us how to use it. He was very patient with us as we wrote down key information. He made sure that we understood how to use and answered any questions diligently. Great service.

replacement setup
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Took Geek squad (1 person) 4 hours the 1st day and they had to return with 2 additional perople for another hour the 2nd day. Still NOT working as well as it should, always having to hit "Help"..NOT seamless..This is my 4th remote in over 25 years and this is definately the most challenging. Geek squad all responsive, but I don't have this kind of time!
