Geek Squad installed my Harmony Universal Remote

It was a pleasure dealing with him and he patiently went over every aspect of the remote. The whole process was completely painless and I would recommend Geek Squad to anyone who needs assistance with their home theater system, tv, or other electronics.

Geek Squad Consistently Delivers!

Fast forward over eight years, and Geek Squad reprogrammed it for my new surround sound ... and it works great!

universal remote

Unfortunately, I didn't take notes & there us no "universl instructions". I'm struggling to find the options I need...it is a learning process. Cuffs to him for wearing a mask, gloves & booties....I'm a vuneral adult & it was much appreciated.
