The service at my home was great. We spent almost 5,000 dollars in merchandise . I felt I could ask questions and they were willing to help. The installers were very professional and cleaned up when they were done with the home theater install. My computer hat 27 virus's and the geek squad got it running great with no problems. I also bought warrantys on everything so I would have no worries.

If you buy the Harmony remote, this service is the only way to go.

A single remote works very well for multiple units such as TV, DVD, and CD player.

The agents were on time and polite. Their reprogramming worked well except that a few weeks later I began to have trouble turning off the TV. I now use the Sony remote to do that.

Geek squad did a great job programming my universal remote

They called before they came, arrived in a timely manner and were very effective and efficient in swapping out two large screen TVs including remounting and setting up the home theater components. They were in and out in about an hour. They were careful, skilled and effective. What more would you ask for.

Trevor and Victor set up the remote to work with all of my connected equipment, and went over the various features of it. I highly recommend having someone from the geek squad set this kind of remote up, as they are well versed in the workings of it, and it can be a difficult process if you don't know exactly what you are doing.

So easy to have no other remotes for my home theater system

I needed a new universal remote programmed. The guys did a great job of setting me up and answering my questions. One suggestion, try all devices after set up. My DVD player tray won't open without the original remote, so I have to call them back.

Technicians arrived on time and were very knowledgeable. New remote was programmed and my questions were answered professionally.

We got a universal remote with our large-screen tv, but were not told about or charged for the programming of it. The Geek Squad saw this, when installing our tv et al, and took care of the programming anyway. They charged the programming back to the store, who neglected to tell us about it or charge us for it to begin with.

The Universal Remote is wonderful, one remote does everything.

I have a Harmony remote, and the Geek Squad men created a one button system that even my tech-challenged wife could easily use. This is my second time for having the remote programmed, and they did a wonderful job.

The agent brought in a longer termed employee and fixed the problem partially...TV still does not turn on or off with the remote
