Great job by Geek Squad in setting up my new remote control on my TV, Apple TV, BR DVD player and Receiver. Life is good! Make sure the associate knows exactly what you want to happen when purchasing the programming.

We love the "Geek Squad" Both my wife and I are technologically deficient and when we get in a "bind" a phone call usually is all that is necessary but occasionally a visit is needed. They always come through.

This was by far the best customer service I've ever had in my home. I'm not very tech savvy, and our installation reps made sure I understood everything clearly. On top of that, they were respectful and friendly.

I was slow to get this program and didn't understand why the repeaters were not capturing. The $49 was well worth the setup and adjustments on my system!

The two technicians that came to program my new remote were just great. I could not have even started to do it by myself. They did not leave until they were sure I understood how to use it.

The good service that you provided in the past was pretty good, now my whole experience is different. You need to take a good note from other customers as myself, Geek Squad is not good as it was. The first tech guy was good, although he could not do anything because the harmony remote control is not longer supported by Logitech, I do understand that, the other services were poor. So disappointed that Geek Squad/ Best buy, is not providing the great service in the past. I was a big fan of Best buy for 25 years.

They were quick and efficient and were available for questions later on that applied specifically to my service. All is well. Thank you very much.

The Geek Squad agent did a nice job. He was somewhat experienced with our Harmony theater system and ours is extremely complex.

I would have had a hard time trying to program the Harmony on my own. With the Geek squad, they made sure I was able to operate the device, explaining in terms I could understand.

did a great job getting my Harmony remote re-connected after I updated my wi-fi system. Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable. They made sure I was happy with what they had done before they left.

Programing the Harmony is rather complex and it quickly blossomed into reseting some of the controlled device set-ups. I don't think I could have made it work. Very happy to have spent this money.
