First off u did not expect them to be on time like it said in the time frame these men was very professional and quick to drop off and take the old tv , i had no issues with them what so every if i was the company i would give them 10 raises

The guys from best buy delivered a 85 inch tv.They moved my living room tv to a bedroom and mounted it than mounted the new tv in the living room.They work fast and did a professional job.

Delivery was smooth. Delivery guys were so professional. No damage with packaging and item is in perfect condition. Can't complain.

Best Buy delivery was on time. I lined up delivery and install for washer and dryer at my rental house. They got there when they said they would and had everything hooked up and running within 30 mins.

I don't go out of my way to write reviews often, but I was really impressed with this service. I was frustrated when my washer broke and I had to buy a new one. I was so fortunate, however, to come across an extremely affordable option at Best Buy. The price was the same as for the same model I was initially looking at at Home Depot. However, Best Buy included free delivery/installation, which made this the better deal. The email/phone reminders of my upcoming service were much appreciated. I also appreciated receiving a call that morning with a status update, as well as a second call when the guys were on their way. They were so friendly and professional throughout the process, which only took about 20 minutes from start to finish! I couldn't believe how quick and easy it was, and was really impressed with the drivers. Shout out to Estep and Randy! You guys were fantastic!

I recently installed the Café 24″ Top Control Smart Dishwasher (Matte White, 44 dBA) and so far it’s been a standout addition to my kitchen. It’s impressively quiet — I often forget it’s running — and the UltraWash cycles do an excellent job even on stuck-on food. The third rack is a game changer for utensils and small items, freeing up space below. The stainless steel tub gives a premium feel, and the smart connectivity is convenient (I love being able to start a cycle from my phone). Setup and installation were straightforward, and so far performance and reliability are exactly what I was hoping for. Pros: Very quiet operation Effective wash even on tough messes Handy 3rd rack for cutlery/small items Smart app control Attractive, durable stainless steel interior Cons / Things to watch: Matte white exterior shows smudges (wiping helps) Smart features require stable Wi-Fi Slightly higher price point compared to basic models Overall, this dishwasher feels like a solid investment. David and Luis did an outstanding job delivering and installing my new refrigerator. They were punctual, professional, and extremely careful throughout the entire process. The delivery drivers are on time very nice even set the TV up for me putting the stand on and putting it on my stand

Very happy with this machine as well as the delivery people! They were very friendly, quick, and professional. As for the appliance, it’s amazing! I have done a couple loads in it already and it works fantastic. Never having to switch laundry over again, and being able to do laundry in my closet instead of the basement is life changing! With the Auto dispense feature and with not having to move the clothes makes it easy enough for my young kids to use! I’ll update my review if anything changes in the near future but so far so good!

Daniel and his partner were fabulous! We live in a small home--measurements looked like they'd work, but turning corners made it necessary for Daniel and partner to remove the doors. They were ever so careful. It was a LOT of work and they didn't complain even once. They were patient and thoughtful in everything they did. Daniel took the time to explain some features and highly recommended we fill and empty the pitcher 10 times to make sure everything was out of the hook up line. They went the extra mile in everything they did. What a great team~

The delivery crew kept us updated on the delivery time and arrived at there estimated time. The delivery and installation was quick and professional. Everything went well.

The company that delivered and installed it was on time, professional, and fast. But... Massachusetts codes required installing a water hammer arrestor, which we were not told about when we purchased the dishwasher - with free installation. That "free installation " cost us an additional $150. If you get charged an additional fee, go on the Best Buy, explain the situation, and they will refund that charge. Bit of a pain, yes, but they didn't quibble about it at all, either in chat or at the store (yeah, you do have to go back to the store to actually get the refund).

Great delivery fast in efficient very communicative and on time

My delivery and set up were absolutely terrific! Terry and Cody were so kind and professional and I so appreciated it. They were on time. They called ahead. They worked quickly but carefully. They were everything I could’ve hoped for in a delivery set up team. I would recommend them to anyone buying a Best Buy TV.

The stove delivery driver tried to scam us. Told me I needed a different gas piece connected to the gas line. He first said he wasn’t licensed to do the worked but stated he could do it for $300. When I called the store he packed up and left. When they redelivered the stove it was damaged. After almost a month we were told the stove was out of stock. We have a gas stove, they wanted to replace it with an electric stove similar appliance. We bought the same stove from Home Depot.

Best Buy communication is set up for failure. I purchased the oven online, hoping it could be delivered without anyone home as there is a code to unlock the door. It was only after purchase that Best Buy made it clear an "adult needs to be home" to "sign" for the delivery. When attempting to call to schedule this, Best Buy outsources their customer service overseas. They attempted delivery with no advanced notice, calling when at the front door before 7am. Rescheduling required several phone calls and waiting on hold. All in all, spending at least 2 hours of my time in coordination, and at no point was I ever given the ability to speak to someone locally where the order was placed and where the delivery was to happen. I had to drive 500 miles one-way to meet the delivery personnel. At that point, they tried to say that they did not have the proper cord to install that day. I pressed them on the issue and thankfully they put the oven in place. However, they tried giving an excuse of why they were unable to install the brackets which screw in the wall. They did adjust the heigh/level. After they left I noticed scratches on the glass stove top. I would give a one-star review, but no one takes those seriously. We ordered the next appliance from Lowe's and the experience was vastly better.

I've owned this behemoth for over 3 years. I love it just as much as I did day one. The 4K picture quality is amazing. We watch movies, shows, UFC fights, sports and more on it. I rarely use my sound bar because the audio is awesome! I don't think I've ever had it even close to max. Connectivity is easy with plenty of inputs. I've used the wireless connection for wifi but prefer a wired connection for overall reliability. I plan on keeping this TV as long as possible. It's been one of the most reliable I've owned.

I don't have access to a vehicle big enough for a TV so this was a no brainier! I got free delivery and they even brought it inside to the room I wanted.
