Picked this up to replace the 75” LG Nanocell we had in the living room. After I clicked “complete order” o wasn’t sure if I did something really cool or really silly. (Or both) and then it got here. This TV absolutely blows that LG out of the water. If I had any gripe about it. I have 2. Google TV sucks. And the stands are a couple inches too long so I’ll have to find something to put under them. This is a fantastic TV though and well worth the price.

Ordered a 75” Pioneer TV. Guys did a great job, delivered right on time. installed quickly and took away my old TV. Highly recommend!

Had my 65" TV delivered using Best Buy's free delivery service. This was a must as the box that the tv comes in is huge and would not have fitted into my Suv. The service was flawless, they called me a day before the delivery date for me to set up a suitable time frame for the delivery appointment. They called me on the day of delivery prior to delivery to advise me of a 20 minute arrival window and they also messaged me prior to that on the delivery day.The guys were very professional and courteous and dropped it of exactly where i wanted it in my living room.

The installation team was great; very professional and efficient. They completed the installation of my new microwave quickly and without any issues.

I had my appliance delivered, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. The delivery team kept me updated with text alerts and a phone call about 30 minutes before arrival, which I really appreciated. When they showed up, they were right on time, professional, and careful bringing the unit inside. They wore protective covers on their shoes and made sure not to bump into walls or scratch the floors. The appliance was unpacked, installed, and tested to make sure it worked properly before they left. They also took the time to explain some basic features and answered a couple of my questions. Best part—they hauled away my old appliance, so I didn’t have to worry about disposal. Overall, I’m very impressed with the delivery experience. Everything was on schedule, the team was polite and efficient, and my new appliance was set up perfectly. Couldn’t have gone any smoother

The delivery to my home was fast and easy. Order arrived early.

Excellent service. We used home delivery for our garage freezer and also new tv. They were very quick and efficient. Took away the old chest freezer and put the new upright freezer in the garage. On a different day we had another crew come to take away our old tv and install a new one on the wall. Again, very fast and efficient. They set up the tv, installed all the cables and made sure it worked correctly. They took away all the packaging both times and left no mess.

We recently took possession of 4 kitchen appliances in 2 deliveries . All have been outstanding. In all cases Best Buy has emailed us in advance to prepare. The delivery personnel have let us know when to expect them and when they are on the way. For us timeliness is very important. They have been professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They have also been respectful of our property, pleasant, and happy to answer our questions. This is among one of the reason I choose to shop at Best Buy.

Communication was excellent. The delivery drivers called to let me know when they were on their way and how long before they arrived although it didn’t align with what Best Buy was updating on the app. The only issue is the drivers didn’t want to carry upstairs because the tv would not fit in the elevator inside the box nor did they want to help unbox it so it could fit. Instead they delivered it to the lobby and left
