This service is well worth the small extra cost. I live about 50mi. from the nearest BB store. I ordered an 83" LG TV with delivery and install, runs about $220 with deliver and install. The staff they have doing deliver and install are very polite, knowledgeable, and fast. The did the whole install in about 30min. AND cleaned up after themselves. Very happy with this exceptional service.

Overall, delivery and removal was good. However, movers knocked off the alarm sensor for my front door and did not acknowledge it.

I absolutely love this cooktop. Things that they could do to improve the design is put the simmer burner in the middle so that you have more room to put big pots on the outer sides. It is difficult to put two big pots side by side due to the current design. I purchased this in January of 2020. There seems to be a short in the led indicator light on the first two knobs. Other than that, I love the cooktop and the selection of burners.

This is one satisfied customer. 4 years later this t.v. is still great! The picture is perfect, the sound is perfect, the features are vast. LG is my favorite brand. I absolutely love this t.v.! It was delivered very quickly and Best Buy is the greatest.

I have never ordered anything for delivry from Best Buy before, but now knowing how great they are at it I will be doing this for larger products in the future. They kept me updated in real time of when they would be delivering my tv, and they were very kind when they came. I truly appreciate it.

The appliances arrived within the designated time window. The people who delivered the new washer and dryer were very professional. They quickly moved the new appliances in, removed the old appliances and expertly installed the new appliances. Despite having a tricky entrance and stairway to the 2nd floor, they were able to both deliver the new and remove the old appliances without any damage to the stairway or walls. I was very pleased with the entire process.

The emails, text message, and phone calls confirming delivery answers all questions you may have. The delivery crew was awesome during this delivery. Since the freezer was being delivered as a gift, I was able to forward the delivery information easily. After the item was delivered, my son called me to tell me to give this crew a great review. "Because they were awesome."

My driver was communicative and came on time. Delivery was very professional.

Our delivery was very easy. They were done in about 10 minutes. Took out our old unit and replaced it with our new unit. Very easy!

I checked before getting out of the Deliveroo truck and the back of the fridge was stamped on something and crushed.
