Your guys were prompt and professional. They called first and arrived within the time frame they gave me. They followed my directions on how to bring in the new appliance and remove the old one. They both wore masks and maintained social distancing guidelines. One installed the new appliance while the other removed the old one. They took pictures of the install and were very courteous answering all my questions. They were in and out in a very short amount of time.

I was worried about getting the GE laundry center through my tight hallway, but the delivery team was incredible. They measured everything before moving the unit and were extremely careful not to scuff the walls. They hooked up the gas line safely, leveled the unit perfectly so it doesn't shake, and even took all the heavy cardboard packaging with them. They were in and out in under an hour. Five-star service!

Originally when Geek Squad came, they called me saying they would have to drill into brick and it would cost an extra $100, which i was not originally told would be a fee. My nanny also said they were a little on the rude side when they were talking to her. After all that they called me letting me know it would cost extra and I decided to rescheduled the service, this time they had differed the job to another company and they were absolutely great. No issues install.

I have a 3 week old LG Refrigerator Model LF25H6330S. The in-freezer ice maker quit dispensing ice and the motor made a sound of trying to dispense it but didn't. LG Service representatives had me run their solutions and none worked. I told them it wasn't a water or ice issue it was the dispenser. After 2 days of frustrating non-solutions, I went back to Best Buy and explained the situation. Without any hesitation they offered to replace the frig. It will be arriving in 4 days! Thank you David and Brad were wonderful! That kind of service is why we buy all our major appliances from Best Buy!

Very good TV. It will give the oleds a run for there money. The google OS is great, the auto intelligence pretty cool, adaptive ambient picture cool, backlite remote ( the remote is awesome, it feels like metal, but not. ) TCL did a great job with this TV. Awesome picture, the sound is pretty darn good wirhout a sound bar ( just needs help in the bass dept. ) Still good though. Dont have much bad to say, just picture can get a little grainy at times, but that could be do to picture signal. But, wow can this TV get clear and bright. All in all this is a great TV, and unless your a screen perfectionist or used to Oled, the QM9K works well in both dark and brighter rooms. I wouldnt pay top dollar for it, but I wouldn't for any TV. So, look for the deals and if you can snag it for a good price it's worth it. The QM8K is a better pick if you dont want to spend the money.
