Very professional, and knowledgeable delivery personal. Installation was straight forward and routine.

The guys that delivered our second refrigerator should be training every delivery person that Best Buy has they took very good care of the delivery item and installed it and made sure we had every accessory that was needed for the refrigerator and they also had great information about the start up process for the refrigerator and let’s say our water and ice machine work great taste great and was installed without a scratch and let’s just say they had 1 centimeter to work with on getting threw the door and they made it happen great work guys I hope they are getting the proper pay because they deserve the maximum wage for delivery and installation thanks again guys.

The first time my set was bought into my home the dryer was dented because of the movers from a company& made an loud noise when turned on so i called the bestbuy& they got me a brandnew dryer with no problem & the new movers made sure it was no dents & it worked correctly before leaving... so thank you to the second 2 guys for making sure everything was good

Jose & Jack did a great job in delivering the TV. I scheduled a time slot from 4:00pm to 8:00pm and they arrived on time a little before 4:00. Jose had called me to see if the delivery could occur earlier in the day as they were going to be in the area, however I was not able due to my work schedule. Jose was very professional and told me that he would work to meet my time frame and also told me not to rush so I didn't have any issues with leaving work early. Overall the delivery was great and I'll definitely use it again in the future.

Delivery was simple and quick. I ordered a television and the team brought it directly into my living room, which made the whole process very easy. The drivers contacted me before the delivery so I knew exactly when they would arrive. They were courteous, respectful, and careful when bringing the TV inside. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Overall I am very happy with the delivery service and would definitely use it again.

The guys who delivered my rather heavy outdoor refrigerator were great. They carried it around my house to my backyard outdoor kitchen, and placed it right next to the opening in the counter for me. They cleaned up and removed all the packing material, and left my yard and driveway perfectly clean. It was WELLLLL worth the $40 for the delivery charge to get this level of service.

I had a new freezer delivered on Jan 16. They respected the fact that I needed an afternoon appointment. They respected my property, They installed my freezer quickly and professionally. I received a call, a few days prior, confirming my appointment time. I couldn't have asked for a better delivery service.

Great service. Quick and efficient delivery. I have had trouble with deliveries in the past at my new place, but these guys came right on time, called when they were here to allow me a few minutes to receive them, brought the tv in and placed it where I needed. Awesome

The ABC company did a good job installing the oven. They have to custom cut the cabinet to fit the oven. They did it quickly and professionally.

My washer was delivered right on time. The driver was very professional and even asked to show me how great it washed my clothes.

Delivery on-time and un damaged. Delivery people were great. However, they left it in the box and in the middle of hall. According to delivery guidlines they wer to unbox and remove packaging materials. They did not do either. Just make sure you have your documentation - they tried to explain it didnt include this...

Geek squad did a great job with home delivery for our new refrigerator. Communication was great on delivery day of when they would show up. The install was perfect. Door reversal was done before bringing in the refrigerator. Set up into the space was great. Checked and set leveling legs and let us know how to handle the tiny bits of plastic that we might find where the was removed. Great service people.

Not sure how they got it into the elevator. The tv itself, without the stand etc. is 126#.

Was able to track delivery service during the day. Was able to do errands without worrying about missing them. They also communicated as they got close to my delivery. Helped greatly to follow your instruction to preparation of delivery. They were polite and very professional. Cleaned up behind themselves also. Gave advise and helpful instructions to get started.
