This is my first Hisense and the picture is just beautiful. It plays as good as my Sony and Samsung . I wanted to pay less because it’s a room I don’t use as often but the picture is as good as my new Sony which cost 700.00 more . Hopefully this one lasts and I do like that Hisense gives you a 2 yr warranty.

The delivery of my new washer/dryer was very professional. The installers took care to make sure the appliances worked as expected and to explain the basic operations.

The care they take is absolutely amazing. I am so happy.

This fridge performs extremely well and I'm very satisfied with it so far. I purchased it primarily because of the Hub screen, and I'm very happy with it. As a family, we each get to load our favorite pics to the fridge and have them automatically displayed for a period of time when the screen is on standby mode. I also enjoy the feature of being able to create a shopping list, ad items to it as we know we will soon need it. And from the supermarket we can access that list and take a look inside the fridge to see exactly what we need. That is really really good feature. The reason I dock 1 star from a giving it a perfect score is because YOU CANNOT SEE WHAT ITEMS YOU HAVE STORED IN DOORS WHEN YOU ACCESS THE CAMERAS REMOTELY. If you're like most people, you store your milk and your orange juice in the doors, if your doors are big enough to hold them, but not being able to see how much of these 2 very commonly used items you have left in the fridge is kind of a bummer to me. Hopefully Samsung address that concern for the next generation of family hub. Maybe adding a camera in the opposite side inside the fridge will be able to fix that problem. Also, sometimes, which is not often at all, the ice maker makes a very loud sound. I think it happens when the ice is ready and being dropped to the ice storage container for the consumer to use. I guess that happens depending on how full or how low the storage container is. Overall these issues do not take away anything at all from the performance of the fridge. This is an excellent fridge, and in my opinion the family hub line is the best looking fridges that have we have out there in the market place. I would recommend it to anyone out there shopping for a new fridge.

Ordered a fridge. The first attempt for delivery it was not on their truck. The driver tried to make it back but had a full schedule. He did go above and beyond and delivered the next day on his day off. That driver saved the entire experience and I appreciate him and his attitude so much.

Perfectly on time with great communication. It was delivered as promised without any issues.

No issues with my delivery. They were on time, and polite, even called me 30 in advance to make sure I was available. Great service! It would be more helpful if they could give a shorter window when you schedule the service. At first you have to be available all day. And only the day before they narrow it down for you.

The two men that showed up at my home were both very efficient and friendly. The TV wall remote and TV were installed so easily with no fuss or mess. Perfectly in center of wall. They noted I hadn’t yet installed my google doorbell and it was easy for me to add that on while they were here. In and out in short time.

Justin and Santiago texted me to keep me appraised of their status, showed up a little early (not too early), protected my house, and installed the fridge. The only thing they did "wrong" was that they didn't have a filter for the water. That was not their fault, the floor model fridge didn't have one.

The delivery process was quick and easy. We were alerted prior to driver's arrival and the team swiftly dropped off the product in our desired location.

I’ve used home delivery twice and each time it has been a smooth delivery.

Had a fantastic experience with these installers. They wall-mounted our huge 98” TV and were in and out in about 30 minutes — super efficient without cutting corners. Everything was mounted perfectly and looks great. On top of that, they were very friendly and professional the whole time. Really impressive work. Highly recommend!
