The two gentleman that delivered our freezer were WONDERFUL!! They paid attention to detail and realized it would be best to back down our small dead end street, carefully lowered the freezer, and brought it into the space we wanted it. They were kind, courteous, and so friendly! Much better than my previous best buy delivery that caused property damage.

The two guys that delivered my refrigerator were great! They had to come up a flight of stairs remove the doors off my existing fridge and relocate to garage. They were friendly and took all the packaging with them!!

Tahj and Fred delivered our TV and Soundbar system and to our home and installed the products. They mounted the TV to the wall and hooked everything up and linked everything together. They were both very pleasant and professional. They worked fast and efficiently, and also answered any question that was asked. I would definitely recommend them to anybody.

The two men who delivered my LG C5 65 inch TV were amazing. Very kind and professional people who showed a lot of concern handling my tv. They worked fast and carefully. Be sure to treat the delivery guys well and offer them some drinks when you get a chance.

This is the first time we used home delivery and set-up of any sort of technical item from Best Buy and it was a great experience. The person that delivered and set up the printer was helpful at every turn and answered all our questions. We use this printer as our main laser printer for two home computers that we use a lot, and it has been working, without any problem since install. He also took ALL the packaging with him so we did not have to dispose of the garbage.... thanks to Best Buy and the Geek Squad. We will use this service again.

This TV has a great picture. It has a good picture from a side angle. However, in a very lit room, it can be a little dark in some areas but normally it’s like the room is very well lit, the scene is a dark scene and it would be a scene with a wood floor, dark wood. You can’t quite see the grain on the floor. If that gives you an idea. It has a very good picture it takes a few adjustments like any new TV, but not not many. However, in my opinion, the Sony A95L and Bravia 8 ll have better pictures. But don’t get me wrong, this TV is a very good TV with a very good picture.

75" samsung TV. Great purchase. It has great potential, unfortunately i am not high tech. It has soo many options, but does not come with instructions. Without instructions, it's a shot in the dark. I also do not like the remote, again no instruction and is poorly made. It is very thin and very small. I lost it for 5 days!. The biggest fear is to drop it and step on it.
