Delivery of new freezer was even better than hoped or expected. Communication was EXCELLENT. Knew what to expect and when. Great job giving notice when it would arrive and did NOT have to wait around and waste all day (like the "cable company" or utilities ). VERY HAPPY :)

Had a HORRIFIC experience with Home Depot with a delivery of a refrigerator. In the end, I just cancelled my order and took my chances with Best Buy. Ordered on 9/20, got the appliances in no time on 9/27. Delivery team installed everything right then and there - took less than 10 minutes. It was absolutely amazing and stress free. Wish I just bought everything from Best Buy instead. The men who made the delivery couldn't have been more professional or nicer and I would recommend their service to ANYONE.

First delivery of my washer tower was a slightly nightmare, non-professional. Second time they send the best I think. Were fast and professional.

The two gentlemen who delivered the washer and dryer were fast, professionals, and very nice guys...when they left, everything was working perfectly, and they even hauled away our old units. They even gave me time to clean behind both units because it was dirty sadly.

We bought a freezer from Best Buy and had it delivered. The men contacted me and told me when they would be at my house. They arrived and were very polite and professional. They actually carried my freezer down to my basement. Took away all of the boxes and made sure I was happy with their service. All and all I was thrill with their service!

The delivery has been a nightmare. Scratches to my floor and doorway, a stripped water valve, shattered part of the old fridge and left the debris all over my floor. Scratched the fridge as well. I had to file a claim with Best Buy’s insurance and they haven’t responded in several weeks. I can’t even test the water functions on the fridge because it isn’t receiving water because of the valve they stripped. One of the employees also left tools at my house as well as have the fridge parts they were supposed to take with them. I know it is just a bad experience, but Best Buy and Best Buy’s insurance have really dropped the ball and have not made it better

"The delivery service for my new television was exceptional, providing a smooth and professional experience from start to finish. The communication was proactive and clear, with Best Buy sending text and email notifications for the delivery window on the same day the order was placed. A local courier followed up 24 hours prior to confirm a one-hour slot, and on the day of delivery, a live-tracking link allowed me to monitor the truck's progress, eliminating any guesswork about their arrival time.

The first installer who came out simply looked under my kitchen sink and told me that we had the wrong size hose to connect the dishwasher, without even pulling out the current dishwasher to see how it was connected. He told me i needed to call a plumber to get a new valve installed before the new dishwasher could be installed. When we pulled the current dishwasher out later that evening, we were able to see that we already had the correct size hose. This resulted in having to take additional time off work to meet an installer again for something that could have been taken care of in the first visit. The only reason I'm giving three stars is because the second installer who came quickly and efficiently installed the dishwasher.

They delivered the dishwasher quickly and as scheduled. They were very professional and respectful of my home and even my two cats. The took their time (did not rush) and even showed me how to operate it and some of the special features on this particular model. I would highly recommend them.

The delivery team was outstanding from start to finish. They were extremely professional, carefully bringing my large TV into the house and setting it in the exact room I wanted. They took great care when entering my home to avoid any damage, and the whole process was quick, efficient, and stress-free. On top of that, they were super friendly and easy to work with, which made the experience even better. Honestly, service like this deserves recognition, they should absolutely get a bonus for the excellent job they did!

This television continues to impress with its picture quality and features. Best Buy's delivery team was incredible in helping getting the tv to my downtown apartment as well. Thoroughly impressed. Photo doesn't do the picture justice.
