The installers arrived on time, performed the delivery and installation and trouble-shot a broken part that was supposed to be part of the installation. They also helped me remove and replace the exterior door so we could fit the appliance in the opening.

The guys called before they arrived. Set everything up. Notified me of an issue where they needed to return to the store and get hoses. Returned in a timely manner and got everything up and running within a reasonable time

We've had the washer for 10 months now. The Deep Fill option is used on every wash. It does fill the water up to the top of the load. The washer is easy to use and we haven't had any serious issues yet, although the wash cycle is louder than when we first purchased it. Sill, very happy with the washer. Does a good job cleaning the clothes. Twice now the Tide Pod didn't dissolve completely when washing a comforter.

Delivery was on time. The driver took careful and precise care inpving the tv. He was very proessional and courteous. I asked him to bring the tv to my garage door but he actually brought it into my basement. He went above the call of duty and I was very satisfied with hiw my item was delivered.
