The delivery was fast, the two gentlemen were very professional and nice. Although they couldn't install it for me because it wouldn't fit through where I was hoping to, they gave me options and shared why they wouldn't be able to further assist. They were very nice and helpful.

BB staff came in, unpacked, installed, setup, and cleaned up during our TV delivery and installation. These guys are pros. They knew exactly whar they’re doing saving a lot of tine and hassle.

Our delivery professionals, I believe their names were Chris and James, were EXCELLENT! They communicated clearly, arrived when they said they would, were proficient in the delivery and installation, which by the way was on a third floor apartment, and they were friendly and courteous!

The TV itself is excellent. The picture quality is outstanding, the design is very elegant, and I am extremely happy with the product overall. Home delivery was also a great experience. The TV was delivered on the scheduled day and at the exact time indicated, with no issues at all. Unfortunately, my experience with the installation service was disappointing. The installation costs over $100, and the installer simply took the TV out of the box and mounted it on the wall. The cables were not organized, the area was not left tidy, and the box was left in my home. For the price being charged, I believe the installation service should be much more detailed and professional. Because of this experience, I would hesitate to pay for the installation service again in the future, even though it is strongly recommended. The TV and delivery were excellent, but the installation service definitely needs improvement.

I recently ordered a deep freezer for my home, and I must say that the delivery service exceeded my expectations. The delivery was not only prompt but also well-coordinated. They provided a clear delivery window and kept me updated on the status of my shipment throughout the process. The delivery personnel were professional and courteous, handling the freezer with care as they brought it into my home. Given my busy schedule, I truly appreciate how hassle-free the entire delivery experience was. Overall, I’m highly satisfied with the delivery service, and it made the process of getting my new deep freezer a breeze.

Everything went great. Arrived ahead of schedule, washer and dryer install was quick and efficient. No damage to either and the installers took the time to level the washer before leaving. With the app you can watch your items coming down the road.

Workers showed up in the specified time window. They followed the delivery instructions, and positioned their truck such that they could efficiently access the doorway that the appliance needed to come through. The worker unboxed the refrigerator with care, and brought it into the home without damaging the refrigerator or damaging my parent’s home. Workers properly installed hardware and set refrigerator up in a timely manner. Workers were both very pleasant to work with.. The only reason that I am not giving the overall delivery process 5 stars is that I requested an afternoon ( or after lunch) delivery time, and I was told that this was not an option for me. I was willing to change delivery days in order to get an afternoon delivery, but I was informed that afternoon delivery was still not an option for me.

Was impressed with the communication from the delivery drivers of when they'd be here and also when they were on their way. I'd definitely recommend this service. The guys were nice, professional, and helpful. The delivery went smooth and was quick.

The delivery was completed at the beginning of the window I was provided. So. it exceeded expectations. The drivers were professional and courteous and put the treadmill box directly in the room where it is to be located.

I just had them carry it into the house. Not the full service unboxing/setup. I figured for $20 better than me driving to the store for a huge 85" tv. He almost refused walking it to my backdoor becuase there was 3 inches of snow on the ground.

The home delivery service was excellent. They came in took out my old refrigerator. I have a smaller door so they had to take pieces off to get my refrigerator in and they did an exceptional job . Best Buy did a great job.

When purchasing the large size TV of any brand I believe the home delivery & insulation; is only the right thing to do… Regardless of what your skill set may be in carpentry. Let the professionals do it. Is just such a piece of mind, knowing that it is installed correctly.

I had 4 appliances delivered and installed at a new place. The delivery was fast and installation didn't take long at all. I'm glad I went that route because 2 of the appliances was a washer and dryer and trying to install those can be a pain sometimes. There was an issue with installing my stove, but the delivery guy told me what needed to be done so I can get a master plumber in to fix it and get it installed. They refunded me the installation cost for the stove since he couldn't do the install himself.
