The Home Delivery and installation of the appliances was very well orchestrated once the delivery date and time were dedicated. The time line was accurate. The delivery excellent. The men courteous and knowledgeable. All went smoothly and without incident a A+ for the technicians.

Shipping was so fast and exceeded my expectations. The entire process to schedule delivery, the communication leading up to the delivery and the delivery itself was very pleasant. This was my first time buying an appliance from Best Buy and won't be my last!

Delivery went well. Install could not be completed on the same (1st) trip due to an issue outside of the control of the delivery/installer. If you can pick up the unit and get it inside yourself, that may be your best option.

The special offer of free installation was the primary reason we opted to buy a new dishwasher from BestBuy. Since that led us to make additional purchases worth thousands of dollars, it was a great investment on BestBuy's part. Our installer arrived during the promised time window, and his frequent texts made it easy to anticipate his arrival at the front door of our Manhattan apartment building. It was evident from his arrival that he was knowledgeable, anticipating possible issues before they arose. The discovery of a melted electrical outlet behind the old dishwasher was quickly addressed at a cost well below what an electrician would have charged. He noted mistakes in installation made by the installer of the old dishwasher and explained in detail what he would do to address them, all at no extra charge. The installer was fast and efficient, being in and out in under an hour, including replacing the electrical outlet and going over the basic operation of the new dishwasher in sufficient depth that we didn't need to refer to the instruction manual.

The folks were courteous and friendly. I appreciated their help getting the oven into my house without any issues.

Delivery guys very helpful and professional and very careful of my home. Toke all debris and old frig out very carefully not to damage doorways or flooring. Really very friendly and respectful. A real pleasure having them.

The installers were professional, efficient, and knowledgeable! Great job! The delivery was delayed 2-days due to a breakdown of the delivery vehicle, but the rescheduling was smooth.

Delivery was smooth. Both guys were so fast and handy. They gave me a call two days before deliver for a timeframe on when they would arrive, then called again 30 minites before arriving to let me know how far out they were.

Amazing install! The two gentlemen who came by were very professional and did a very good job of letting me know every step of what they were doing. They were also very friendly and kept good conversation with me during the entire visit. Highly recommended!

The delivery was on time. They keep you informed as to when they're arriving. Your able to keep track of them until there arrival at your place.

I was very pleased with how the delivery guy's communicated with me upon their arrival to my house and the professionalism they had and very carefully putting my washer and dryer in and hooking them up. I only buy my appliances from BestBuy because the stand by they products.

Eric Carrillo communicated before arriving as scheduled & displayed a masterful skill set properly wiring (including neatly using zip ties), mounting and installing the soundbar and television set on the living room wall of my home. Eric’s expertise was not lost on me. He was aptly assisted by Carter.

The company that did the delivery and the haul away kept me informed of delivery arrival. The removal of the old refrigerator and the new refrigerator was seamless. I was extremely satisfied with the ease of service and professionalism provided by this service.
