The delivery driver was very communicative on delivery day, updating me on when he'd be arriving. He showed up in the first hour of the delivery window, brought the tv up to my apartment and had me sign for it. It took less than 10 minutes start to finish and I appreciate the timeliness and updates.

The delivery was work of art. I had initially taken measurements to make sure the refrigerator could get in the house. leaving a quarter of an inch to make it inside. However, doorway was not square. The delivery team was very professional. They were able to take the doors off the hinges, move some furniture around to get the refrigerator in. It was a plus when the put everything back in its original place.

Fast easy no hassle, they got straight to business, dropped off my new dishwasher, and took out my old one

We are so happy we purchased this GE washer, it does an excellent job. The agitator gets our laundry so much cleaner. It is quiet and has the option to add water as needed. The Best buy associate was fantastic! She helped to find the washer features we desired. When the washer on display we wanted was out of stock, she guided to the one we bought. We are happy with Best Buy and GE.

Excellent home delivery experience. The delivery team was professional, on time, and handled the appliances with care. Installation was smooth, everything was explained clearly, and they made sure the area was clean before leaving. Courteous, efficient, and stress-free from start to finish.

The delivery guys were absolutely the best; they arrived on time and removed the old appliance and installed the new one in no time at all. They were very friendly and seemed very knowledgeable in what they were doing.

the guys were friendly and didn't get upset when I asked if they had booties. I don't think they did which is not preferable for me, but they did not act angry when I asked. They also came at the beginning of the time window which was great!

Delivery guys were very professional and carried TV down into the basement. I would definitely order from here again!

The deliv ery servicce is excellent.. my biggest wrong that need to be corrected is the communication, from the main office and the delivery people. This happened to me twice .. The second time was the worst... the delivery people was not given the instructions that was communicated when i called the day before delivery. I feel i didn't use he right words in my discription..and she was too new to have know what the words were. (Change door handle to open right to left.. there is a name for this.. So she just didn't attempt to include what i said. She kept insisting on what she knew... As a result it was a mess on the delivery date.. So the delivey guy Jonah, had to call the help desk 4-5 times, and kept explaining to me.. what was he was told... by the 5th time ..he must have spoken to a supervisor.. came to me and said the same instrustruction that i said..... he was very appologenic... and so was I... I didn't blame him for anything... just commended him for his understanding and patience... I know they have a tight schedule, and was behind already... Please know "these are the kind of people that should be recognized!!! Jonah makes Best Buy worth dealing with... this is not a just a job to him".

So these services are always very YMMV based on your location. If you live in an area where people kinda suck, you may run into issues. But if you live in an area where everyone is super nice, super kind, then this is amazing. So keeping that in mind, I had a great experience. They were very on time in the delivery. They were very kind, thorough, and careful to not bump into furniture and walls when bringing in my big appliances! This is a great service. Same folks who delivered are also the same ones who will be installing your item and hauling away your old stuff! Totally worth it!

It was very important for our purchased appliances to be delivered in timely manner. Alo very convenient for someone else to do the work efficiently and professionally as we are not getting any younger!

Delivery and installation of the new dishwasher was flawless. I did not wait long to read the benefits of the new dishwasher!

I received all possible communication setting up my delivery perfectly. I received the TV earlier than the delivery window which worked out even better due to having the rest of the day free to mount it on the wall. My guy Aaron was friendly and arrived exactly at the time he gave me. Glad Bestbuy has the free delivery because the TV would not fit in any vehicle I own.

The delivery was easy to set up and the was within the time window I was given. The refrigerator was installed, along with the new water line as promised. The guys even made sure the refrigerator was level, which often is forgotten by delivery people.

home delivery was wonderful Junior and his helper were the best.Ive had deliveries from other places but not as good as Junior he was curtious, didn't rush me and very well knowledge as far as setting up and connecting my new appliance

Best Buy canceled my original delivery due to family emergency, one hour before my scheduled delivery. Best Buy rescheduled my delivery and install one week later. I asked for a morning install and got a window from 3:00- 6:00 PM. I thought the Geek Squad was coming to install but later found out that Best Buy had given the order to a third party installer. The install called me at 8:00 AM and said that he had a full day of installs and would probably not get to my delivery until 6:00 PM. He called twice more during the day with updates and finally showed up at 7:00PM. We waited over an hour for Best Buy to authorize the install because the order did not indicate that it was to be mounted on the existing TV mount in the basement. After finally get the approval from Best Buy the third party installer was able to complete the install and get paid by the company. The two man crew worked until 9:00 PM to make sure the TV was properly mounted and I was satisfied with their workmanship. And I was. That crew put in a 14 hour day and did not complain about having to complete their last delivery.

Awesome service. Kept in touch during the process. Best Buy gave me a 7am to 7pm delivery time. The delivery team called the day before with a 2 hour window. They contacted me before and after delivery to make sure all was good. And it was. Very professional.

Great service and advice from the Eli and John. They took the time to evaluate if I had everything that I needed to feel that I made a safe and secure purchase by recommending an extended warranty and replacing the surge protector strip. I went to the store after their delivery to purchase the extended warranty and a surge protector strip. They were genuinely concerned that I was making the best decisions for my investment in purchasing this TV.
