A wonderful gift for my dad's apartment. I purchased this as a birthday gift for his bed room since his Tv broke. I have had no issues at all and it works great. I purchased the mount to have it on the wall. He is super happy! I will be buying another one for his living room.

The crew did a terrific job. They came when they were supposed to and did an expert job of installing. They also answered questions I had.

The delivery crew from Best Buy truly exceeded my expectations in every way possible. From their initial phone call, where they courteously informed me of their imminent arrival, to the moment they left my home, their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident. Upon arrival, the team of four individuals wasted no time in getting to work. The lead member meticulously measured the space to ensure that the new refrigerator would fit perfectly, taking into account the unique challenges posed by my older home. Despite the need to dismantle my old refrigerator to maneuver it through narrow doorways, the crew handled the task with ease and efficiency, displaying a level of expertise that was truly impressive. Throughout the installation process, the crew demonstrated a thorough understanding of the refrigerator's features and functionality. They patiently explained each aspect to me, ensuring that I felt comfortable and confident with my new appliance before they left. Their commitment to providing exceptional customer service was evident in every interaction. What truly stood out to me was the crew's attention to cleanliness and detail. I received text updates and reminders of the delivery for about a week prior. Got a call the night before to confirm. The delivery was subcontracted out to a 3rd party and not delivered by Best Buy. I live about 45 min away so I assume long distance deliveries are done that way. The company called early that morning to let me know that their truck had broke down but they had others and would still make delivery but would be about an hr behind schedule which was np. They called 30 min prior to arrival and was quick with the delivery process. Efficient 2 man team, did good. Let me know basic stuff I needed to know and was all done in 15 min or less. I didnt pay for installation because I can do my own so I can't speak on that aspect of the company. They took the washer and dryer out the box so I could inspect the product for damage. Was a good choice considering the distance and weather for the price.

The drivers were prompt on keeping me updated when they would possibly be here and when they were actually called to let me know. One of them carried the TV in and sat it where I wanted it. They were very polite and courteous.

Love the stove. The customer service is amazing. Had a small issue and needed help with a replacement the day before Thanksgiving!!! They took care of EVERYTHING!!!! Delivery driver and staff where amazing , fast, friendly, and informative. Thanks for saving a holiday..

The delivery service was amazing! The delivery guy was so nice, polite, and professional from start to finish. He handled everything with care and worked super fast — in and out before I knew it, but still made sure everything was set up perfectly. You can tell he takes pride in his job. Excellent service all around — I really appreciate the smooth and friendly experience!

The delivery guy's were right on time and they were very thoughtful. They called me when they were 30 minutes out to let me know they were coming. They brought the television in and placed it right where I wanted it.

The home delivery was promptly and efficient. The system is effective. They maintained communication and were prompt in delivering as per schedule.

The first go round with trying to get this delivered was a mess (broken down delivery truck). The second round went flawlessly. It was deivered on time and I truely appreciate the effort and end result.

Terrible experience! The main delivery guy sucked. Alls he was trying to do was get out of work! He unloaded mew fridge off truck, then came inside, measured the existing fridge. Said it is not going to fit, you need to remove the surrounding cabinets. I said he was wrong, it will fit! You measure the space not the existing item. He commenced to argue with me. I told him to bring it in my house, he called his boss. He put the fridge back on the truck. I demanded he bring it in my house, after arguing he brought it in. Set it in the kitchen . I disconnected the water line, moved the old fridge out of the way! The guy refused to put the fridge where it goes. So I had to slide it over by myself , and pushed it in the space with ease! With a 1/4 to spare on each side. Then looked at the guy and asked if they would put the old fridge outside. He said no! He also said he would not hook up the water after I paid for the service! Gave me some crap about if the shut off valve is in the basement they will not touch! Could have said that up front, only reason I paid the extra money for the service. But I was able to take care of it myself! After I did their job for them, they could not even show the appreciation and sit my old fridge outside! Said no flat out! I pleaded with him, he wouldn’t budge..Terrible, lazy, useless! He Didn’t want to do his job! I would give a zero if I could.they got me

Best Buy Home Delivery was excellent. I was notified when my delivery was scheduled and when it was out for delivery. The delivery was made during the time frame specifie. The delivery guys were very friendly. They placed the freezer where we wanted it and unboxed it and took the packing material. Could not have gone smoother. Highly recommend!

Delivery crew was excellent but I had to wait several weeks to receive the tv with no explanation, the communication from Best Buy was very poor, but when I finally got the TV the crew was very friendly and efficient

The guys that delivered my range were professional, fast and accurate. I failed to purchase the power cord when I ordered my range and they made it simple by calling so it could be added to my purchase. I didn’t have to reschedule because they made the process perfect. Thanks guys!

Two technicians, very professional, installed our new KitchenAid refrigerator and hauled away our old one - they were friendly, great communications, skilled, and extremely clean. I must also add, Best Buy, they were cheaper, by far, than any of the big-box stores and local businesses. I would have given them five stars but the actual ordering with a call center, wherever it may have been, was a little challenging, somewhat of a language barrier.

The guys who delivered for us were very nice and polite and made sure everything was operating on our new refrigerator before they left. They also cleaned up the packaging mess and answered our all of our questions.

This was our Primary TV since 2019. Never regreted this purchase. TV still going strong, a lot of newer TV with better features came along but this is still so good I can’t justify buying a new one.

Best TV I've ever had. Its only starting to act up and will eventually need to be replaced to which I will be disappointed cause this tv has been all I could want.

Delivery was on time and along fast. They contacted us letting us know when they were going to arrive and was in the window.
