People were great. It was fast service. They brought it up three flights to stairs.

Our installer, Aniel was super professional, careful and efficient. We had 2 prior installation attempts and the installers always found an excuse to not do it. However, Aniel and his partner came in and had the fridge installed within 45 minutes, even though the space was very tight. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

The delivery team was excellent. They had our appliances off the truck and operable in less than 20 minutes, made sure they worked, And also showed us how they worked, before they left.

Delivery was 10 minutes early and i was notified by phone and could see ETA on Best Buy phone app. All 3 appliances, new in the box. Purchased dryer hookup vent kit. Installed professionally and fast, less than 45 minutes start to finish. They ran washer /dryer for 10 to 15 min, and wiped down fridge inside and out before install. Would consider Best Buy delivery service for any future purchases.

The team that delivered our new LG refrigerator did a professional install job. They quickly removed the old refrigerator, hooked-up the new refrigerator without incident. Not a scratch or a dent in anything throughout the process.

The Delivery guys were on time and delivered product with care. We were also notified as they got closer to give us a preicse delivery window. It was worth the extra $50 to have our old TV hauled away too since our vehicle would not fit it.

I love the style of this washer and dryer set! So far they’ve worked great! Best Buy offers has home delivery and a free installation with your purchase too! It’s not difficult to set up, however, it’s convenient to have other people that are available to install them for you!

I just love my dryer, I have bought more expensive dryers in the past and for some reason it always malfunctions. and this one is amazing would definitely recommend. My daughter bought the same one before me and she loves it as well.

The service was on time and they were strong, one guy held the 60+ lbs and was nice enough to bring it into our home. The van was unmarked which was a little concerning and confusing but since I was expecting the tv, it was assumed unmarked due to valuable items inside.

The app was relatively accurate to the time of delivery and updated regularly. They drivers called ahead to notify me they would be there within a half hour. They were very quick, nice and handled the TVs with great care.
