I was very pleased with the way it was delivered and installed two texts from the geek squad showed up carefully unpacked the television and installed it. They did a great job, very clean quickly and neatly.

While the actual home delivery went perfectly, getting to that point took a lot of communication and misfires. The reason for the 4 stars and not five has to do with the execution of the delivery. After the Bestbuy store salesperson, who was awesome, had all the information of my complicated, mulit-part, multiday, second floor installation, the installation company didn't send enough people to do the job. It had to be rescheduled which effected the timing of project. When they sent out the correct crew to do the job, they were flawless. 500lbs builtin fridge going down and up 17 stairs. It took a 4 man crew, and they never damaged a wall or floor. Very professional. Due to the floor being replaced under the fridge, it was a multiday project. Since Bestbuy knew I would have no fridge for 4 days, they provided a loaner fridge I kept in my garage during that time. I really appreciated that.

The delivery men were perfect gentlemen and handled the delivery perfectly. The delivery was very late. The old washer and dryer were removed and the new ones put in place without any problem.

The guys who delivered my dryer were awesome! They were incredibly nice and took great care to be clean and courteous. They called to let me know they were on the way and gave me an estimated arrival based on GPS and then called me when they were about 5 minutes out. Very pleased!

The delivery team did a great job. Everything was delivered quickly, brought inside without any issues, and the team was very friendly and professional. Overall, an excellent delivery experience. Highly appreciated.

Home Delivery from Best Buy is the way to go! All of the guys who have delivered to us from Best Buy have been friendly, knowledgable and very carefulwith the product they are delivering! Makes a refreshing change from the routine delivery personel who are trying to keep to their schedule. Best Buy's notification system is way better than others we have experienced and to top it all e really liked the call from the delivery driver confirming how far out he was from reaching us. Gave a 'heads-up' on preparation! They put the product precisely where you want it and connect itup if you want them to, ansewering questions as they go. Could not be more satisfied with the service and worth paying the difference from those cheap online deals. After experience of several products damaged in transit and 'dropped' at the door, Best Buy's delivery service cannot be beaten.

The geek squad did a great job setting up my various products. They put the stand together, all the wires and cables behind my TV through the stand, so they're not visible to my TV. Connected my Roku and everything else I needed efficiently and quickly. My set up is such an improvement from before.

I ordered a dryer online and set up delivery . They came when they said they would and were in and out quickly .

I had a 65" TV delivered and it took me about five or ten minutes to get to the door. By the time I got to the door the driver was going back to his truck with the TV. He turn around and came back to my door and put inside my house and said that he did not think I was home and was going to take it back to Best buy and have them set me up a new delivery date because he did not what to leave it in front of my house. I thought that was so cool and very professional. If we could get Amazon and UPS drivers to do that so porch pirate would be out of business. I hate using delivery but he changed my mind and best buy let me pick the day for delivery which was my day off.

The delivery service was trouble-free. The night before the delivery, they gave me a time estimate (about a 4-hour window) so that I could plan out my day and when to be home to accept delivery. They arrived within that time estimate and even called me when they were on their way to my home. The gentlemen were curteous and professional and were careful not to damage anything as they wheeled in the appliances.

The Best Buy delivery and setup team was absolutely outstanding. Since we are the first home in our new area, locating us can be challenging, but the driver went above and beyond by texting us for a pin drop and keeping us informed when he was on the way and upon arrival. He took the time to walk through the house first to map out the best route, minimizing disruption to everything we had going on. After completing the installation, he carefully explained the refrigerator’s functions, covered first-time use, and patiently answered all of our questions. This level of care, communication, and professionalism is the definition of top-notch customer service. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Dishwasher was installed correctly. The plumber said the existing cutoff valve needed replacing so instead of replacing it he said the water pipe had to be reconfigured at the cost of $350. If I didn’t have it done the plumber said he could not guarantee work from leakage. I feel the charge was excessive.

I cannot say enough of the Delivery People. They came in cked out the area unboxed unwrapped everything outside, made sure everything was in good shape then they took lots of care to make sure my Gas Range was hooked up properly working then walked me thru the care and did the heat oven burn off.
