The company that delivered our washer and dryer they did an excellent job they were professional knowledgeable and prompt with the service very great customer service I would recommend them to anyone

I bought a washer online and the Geeks delivered it when promised. They worked fast and efficiently installing it on my existing base cabinet and hooking it up in its final place. The packing mess was 100% cleaned up and hauled away. They gave me a quick tutorial on how the machine worked and even ran a short cycle while they waited to make sure of no leaks and that the machine was running properly. The geeks were pleasant and personable. They are a good face for the company.

The delivery and set up of our fridge was fast and efficient! The team ensured to ask us if we had any questions at the end of the installation and provided feedback about the condition of our fridge so we could get some cash back.

The delivery was a surprise for my 88 year old mother in law; whose last washer failed a month earlier. Delivery drivers were prompt on time, called and advised ETA. Hookup and hauled away the old unit with no problems. Courteous and professional.

I like the freezer, it does seem to be smaller inside than my previous same size freezer, the baskets are pretty much useless, being it is narrower and taller it would be helpful to have another shelf and adjustable options

The delivery team was great. There were problems... old water hoses from my old washer connected to my frozen/calcified hot and cold faucets need to be replaced to avoid their compete failure before the washer can be installed... gas dryer couldnt be installed because i have propane and will need a conversion so the dryer, setup for natural gas will work using propane. Not the fault of the deliverytibstallation team! They were courteous and provided ne with all the information i need to get these issues tsken care of so they can complete the installation and take away my old washer. They already took the old dryer away. Old washer is still hooked up until the plumber gets here on Monday. But my new washer and dryer were delivered... and they'll be unwrapped and installed soon!

The deliver was on time. Communication was clear through the Best Buy app and I also received a call from Will. They were careful coming in and out of the home. Hooked the washing machine up, leveled it, and ensured it started a cycle before leaving. They also ensured I knew to start a load with dark clothes first so no residual oils had a risk of damaging clothing. Much appreciated!

Very professional and communication was great. They did run late due to a truck issue but they got it done before my kids went to bed. Very kind and I would do it again.

The delivery was prompt and the two young men were curtious and professional. They removed my old microwave and installed my new microwave in a timely, safe and professional manner.

Best Buy contracts out delivery and set up of major appliances in my area. A team from Nashville delivered and hooked up our new Electrolux washer and dryer and did a great job. In addition to a standard hook up, they installed steam capabilities for the dryer and carefully leveled, aligned, and tested the washer and dryer before leaving. Nicely done!

Great delivery! They were perfectly on time, the delivery and installation went really quickly. The delivery techs were very knowledgeable and polite. We're very happy to have had this dishwasher delivered and installed. A+ experience.

We were pleased with the 2 separate occasions we had home delivery from Best Buy. In fact, one of the reasons we bought our kitchen appliances from Best But was because we knew we could count on their delivery to be on time, correct, and professional. Nothing was broken and the guys were friendly and helpful.

Delivery was excellent. I've had multiple deliveries from BB and so far all have been excellent. The problem with this review is that the review doesn't indicate which delivery I am reviewing!
