The delivery personnel has been great. Best Buy is very good at keeping u informed where they are in the delivery process. Constantly texting you keeping u informed.

Guys were great! They arrived 10 min before the expected time. They were friendly and made the experience smooth and even enjoyable! They did the work in like 10 minutes! Very efficient! Great service!

Best Buy, you are fortunate to have these two guys on your team. They were amazing! One guy came in and looked at where the new fridge was going and measured the doorway and old fridge, the other started unpacking our new one on the truck. They were in and out in about an hour, answered questions, very thorough and personable. I don't think we've ever had such quality delivery and set up service before, wasn't sure it even existing these days. Thank you so much, guys, you are the BEST!

The Best Buy delivery team arrived earlier than expected, were professional and efficient in installing our new LG French Door Refrigerator! We had no issues the day of, and they called when they were on their way. We had our old fridge hauled away and had purchased a new water line, but they were honest and said we didn’t need it and could easily return it to a Best Buy store! I would 100% recommend using Best Buy for all your appliance needs with no hassle, and plan to use them again in the future!

The two drivers i had who delivered did a fantastic job. Brought the freezer into my basement and installed it. Also made sure it was working, and that it was where i wanted it to be.

Installer kept us informed on arrival time; installed dishwasher and was very conscientious in making sure it worked and we understood the features. Hauled the old one away and took all the packaging etc from the new one. It worked out great. Thanks.

We purchased a 75" Samsung TV online. The Best Buy team set up the delivery, and the delivery was provided - as expected. The two gentlemen delivery the TV, brought it to our requested spot. They were friendly and efficient.

So happy I went ahead and invested in this! Last rv we purchased was mounted by someone we knew and it ended up on the floor. This time I added the service. Randall and his team were amazing. They were careful bringing it in. Asked questions about where I wanted it mounted and how low even offered suggestions that I went with. There were some issues with finding the studs in my walls and without a second thought he knew exactly what to do to find them. I also had some missing screws from the mount I already had but was able to purchase directly from them. Every problem was quickly resolved. Moving forward I’d only ever get it done through Best Buy!

Needed a replacement for my dead chest freezer. Nobody but Best Buy could get the model I wanted within reasonable time to avoid all my frozen food melting. (unit not in town). Best Buy gave me the best delivery wait time and came through. The delivery team showed exactly when promised and performed necessary tasks to get the new freezer delivered to my basement. All in all great service.

The delivery was on time and the delivery people were respectful of our home and furniture. Nicely done! This was for an LG WT8205CW 4.8 cu ft washer. We love it!

We love our Sony TV! The picture quality is excellent, but what really stands out is the sound — it’s rich, clear, and fills the room without needing a soundbar. Movies and music both sound amazing, and it makes watching shows feel more immersive. Definitely worth it if you want great sound and picture in one package.

Beyond raving about how much I love my GE Microwave which has just the right number of features for my needs, I want to also comment on your contracted delivery driver/installer. My delivery driver and installer was Todd Grim. I had a prior conversation with him before making my purchase because I trusted him to tell me which microwave model would fit into the space of my existing microwave without cutting away any of my existing backsplash. This is valuable information that a salesperson should know to ask customers who aren't as savvy as the appliance salesperson trying to sell them a product. Also, Todd was quick to recognize that the reason I couldn't operate my microwave simultaneously with any other appliance plugged into my island was because the breaker for both was insufficient for even my microwave. He recommended increasing that breaker, which I did. I appreciate his additional attention to detail! He was knowledgeable and efficient--in and out in a flash--loved that! That's why I titled this review "Worth His Weight in Gold."
