On time and awesome! Was called to let us know when they arrive and arrived when they said they would walked the TV in my home and placed it exactly where I needed it!

The product is Awesome. As were the drivers/delivery technicians. One of the gentlemen asked me if I had seen his needle nose plyers. At the time I had no idea but since I did find a pair with a blue handle. If its his I would really appreciate it if you could reach out to him! Thanks, JR

All the fellows who delivered and installed my freezer did a great job. It is in a unique location and they were patient in getting it in and installing it.

The delivery and setup went well and on time. The delivery service was very knew and explained evrything about the machines. We were well satisified with everything we purchased at Best Buy!

Electric range works great! No issues at all. I love the no preheat airfry, we almost cook everything with that function. Have yet to try the dehydrator function but that is soon on the list. Would recommend. The SmartThings wifi feature is great when you are out of the house and have a meal prepped. You can send the cook instructions to the range via the app, as long as you have someone at the house to set the pan in the oven and press the start button your good to go!

I ordered a 77” SAMSUNG S90C OLED television from BEST BUY online and decided to have it delivered since the nearest BEST BUY is over an hour away from my house and would cost me almost as much money in gas to go pick it up from the store in my gas guzzler Toyota Tundra as the delivery fee of $50.00 would. It also would have been very hard to handle and strap down a 77” tv without help and possibly damaging it and also if for some reason I decided to return the tv BEST BUY will send someone to pick it up and return it for free saving me from more possible hassle so it just makes to much sense to have it delivered. Everything from purchasing online to the delivery went very smoothly. I was sent updates on my televisions expected delivery date and the day it was delivered it came at exactly the time frame they stated it would and I actually received a phone call before they left to deliver to make sure I would be home. It wasn’t a difficult delivery but it was quick and very professional and the deliver guys were very polite. I have no complaints whatsoever.

Had a tv and surrounded sound delivered. The crew who delivered it was very nice and professional. Texted when they were on their way and placed both items where we would like both items to be. Highly recommend

Listen, I was so satisfied they were nice. They were understanding and very helpful. Originally, I thought they were gonna come in the later of the day I had made a note that if they were able to come early in the morning and they ended up coming in the morning, which is surprising cause they gave me a different time later on that day. At first I was a little disappointed, but they proved me wrong. They came in early and they came on time from my original note that I left. If you don’t wanna mess up your walls if you’re unsure what you’re doing I definitely recommend getting that extra help.

Excellent this was the best delivery crew ever. Fast, installed all the necessities to the fridge, demonstrated info I needed to know, set temps & guides. Also eliminated another store trip & saved me cost to install ice maker connection. Best experience!! Very professional crew & knew their stuff! Lucky to have them for my delivery & haul away!!

Guys were amazing , they delivered this and also perfectly fitted the equipment, they also did the slight adjustment which was needed for the fixture. Initially we were worried before using this , but once used we would recommend it.

Easy fast and smooth home delivery with great communication

Very courteous and reassuring 2-man crew who brought and installed my new GE fridge; carted away the 32-year old GE fridge. Whole procedure took about 30 min at most. As my condo is 3 half-flights of stairs up, these two efficient and polite fellows each deserved a $10 tip---happy to pay extra for good service.

The delivery men arrived near the beginning of the four-hour window I was emailed. I really appreciated their calling me just a little before they arrived. They were professional and very pleasant.

Our refrigerator delivery was quick and painless and has been running smooth since it was installed. Very satisfied with how easy the process was.

Best Buy delivery was great. Our baby granddaughter was born a couple of days before Thanksgiving, and we drove up to NJ from FL. The day after she came home from the hospital, my daughter's washing machine broke. We called a local plumber, he advised that they purchase a new washer, since the cost to repair was about the same as a new one. We were all exhausted, me from the 27 hours driving and them from a newborn baby. So, we ordered a replacement, and set up a delivery. When it arrived, the driver quickly advised us that we had purchased an electric dryer, but the setup was for gas. They left it all on the truck, for an easy return to the warehouse. Long story short, we purchased the correct item, and Best Buy came back a few days later. Happy ending

This was our second appliance purchase, delivery, and installation within the last few months, and we have been extremely pleased both times. Communication was good, delivery was on time, and the installation couldn't have gone better. He took his time to make sure that the dishwasher was balanced and lined up perfectly. He was obviously very experienced and knowledgeable about appliances. He was patient, answered all our questions, and showed true concern that he wanted us to be happy. What more could you want?
