The home delivery guys did a fantastic job. I was the last delivery and when they called to give me the time frame I told them I had to leave for a football game by 5pm . They were here in plenty of time for me to make the game. They double checked that everything worked with the new Dryer,

The people that delivered our tv were great! Super personable, they called before heading to us and let us know how long they would be and arrived right as scheduled.

Home delivery and installation of new Bosch dishwasher was prompt and professional. They noticed the garbage disposal was leaking due improper installation and they fixed it as well. Excellent service.

They delivered the product exactly at the specified time, and we had no problems with the delivery. In addition to answering all our questions during delivery, they also handled the installation part without any problems.

Fast. They helped me bring the TV I had delivered up stairs. Originally I ordered the TV to pick up, but it didn’t fit in my car. Customer service did an excellent job helping me have the tv delivered.

For sure we didn’t forget the guys who brought the fridge i just saw this service is unreviewed. The service guys were awesome we live on second floor, they took the fridge doors apart and they carry it upstairs and put it together upstairs again, connected the water pipes for ice and drinking water and we were done they were quick and professional as always! Very pleased with the actual item and delivery and installation was awesome. Our only complaint is all the additional charges. By the time delivery, installation, additional charge for installation kit, and removal of old dishwasher, it almost doubled the price. I would recommend the product but the fee charges tacked on were extreme.

Two guys carried my new refrigerator up brick stairs into the house and up to my second floor apartment. They had to remove the new fridge’s doors to get thru the kitchen door and then reattached them in installing the refrigerator. They work extremely hard. I dont know how they carry refrigerators all day.

I remember this day it was freezing cold! The gentleman who came didn’t take long! Very awesome professional guys!

The delivery team was fantastic with the heavy lifting. They had to bring this 98-inch beast up a very tight staircase, and I honestly wasn't sure it would fit. They maneuvered it perfectly without a single scratch on the walls or the box. Unboxing was quick and professional. However, be warned: they are extremely strict about safety policies. They refused to place the TV on my entertainment center because the surface depth was about 1/4 inch shorter than the TV's stand feet (which are over 16 inches deep). Even though it was a tiny difference, they wouldn't risk it. I respect that they didn't want it to tip, but it was frustrating to have them leave it on the floor after getting it all the way up there. Make sure your furniture exceeds the stand dimensions before they arrive!

Easy..they just set it right inside where i needed it. Called beforehand to make sure I was ready! I didnt get it installed but I probably will next time.

OTD Home Services delivered and installed our kitchenaid dishwasher they did a great job. They were very careful and explained everything that they were doing. They also explained the features of the dishwasher and how to use it. I would definitely use OTD home services again.
