Great! Delivered to a fifth floor walk up. All in all good.

Well, the best buy are nice and amazing but i have been having trouble with my orders recently being canceled and i need help to get that fixed up thank you

The team that delivered our new washer and dryer did an excellent job. It started with great communication. They called to confirm the date, time range for the delivery, and asked several questions to make sure they understood what the delivery path would be and to make sure we had everything we needed. They continued to follow up and keep us updated on their progress and when they were arriving. When they arrived, they came in and checked out the removal and delivery situation. They were very professional, polite, and courteous throughout the whole process. They were very careful not to bump into anything as they removed our old set and delivered and installed our new set. They did a great job and we were very pleased with their service.

My whole experience with Best Buy was wonderful. My washer and dryer were delivered on the specified day at the specified time. The delivery guys sent me a text message the day before and again the day of delivery to confirm the expected time of arrival to my home.. Five minutes before arrival they sent still another message to let me now they were almost there. Amazing! And both men were very capable, polite, professional and friendly. The installation went smoothly. A dent was discovered on the dryer and I requested a replacement. The delivery man took care of contacting Best Buy and arranging it immediately. I was able to use the dented dryer until the replacement arrived the following week. I can't be happier with the excellent customer service I received from Best Buy!

Incredible. The people were so nice and respectful. I’d invite them over for a barbecue anytime. Perfectly installed anything I have purchased that required it. No issues at all. Just wonderful.

Five stars ONLY for the delivery driver who called me ahead of time to tell me that the box was damaged for the Nordic track. That’s the only reason why there’s five stars is for the delivery driver who took the initiative and time out of his morning to give me a call to give me a heads up. Otherwise, Best Buy just handles their products like everybody else with no care at all. Just stack them as high as they can go in the warehouse and then expect these delivery drivers to bring broken damaged items to somebody’s home in a shambles.

Love our new dishwasher! Best Buy delivery and installation was awesome! They came when scheduled and called with a specific time that morning! Highly recommend!!

The installation was beyond my expectations. They arrived on time. The installers were professional and nice. They removed every piece of cardboard and plastic wrappings. Love my refrigerator!!

Home delivery was a no brainer for me - I bought a 75 inch TV that came in a box the size of a car, so no way it would have fit in mine. These two guys were complete pro's: within minutes they installed the mount and the TV on the wall. They were very careful about putting the TV in the perfect spot on the wall. I thought I knew exactly where I wanted it to go but they went so far as to recommend moving it higher up on the wall and moving it over several inches. The placement of the TV because of them is perfect. If you're buying a printer for your home, you can pick that up in-store and install it yourself. For something like setting up major appliances like my TV, highly recommend you do home delivery. Very worth it.

Both the washer and Drye are fantastic products and the technicians who handled the installation did an amazing job. They carefully lifted the products to my top floor, and I really appreciate their efforts.

The delivery people were great steped out on the first attempt thet made sure to call when they were 15 minutes away to make sure i was home on the second attempt

Was very happy with the delivery of my dryer? The store kept me informed from when it was being shipped. Who the driver was The time of day it would be delivered. Also I was not home the driver called me and told me he was leaving it in my garage. Very courteous and very professional

The delivery service brought my All In One Samsung washer/dryer combo. They instalked it on the pedistal and made sure it was level too. Hooked up my Hot and cold braided hoses, it looks great!

I bought a refrigerator because my old one went out. The installers came in right on time., and took out the old refrigerator and installed the new one without any problems! Very efficient and very helpful.
