Delivery was on time. The two gentleman that delivered my freezer where not only kind and friendly but took the extra time to make sure everything was out of the way before bringing my freezer in.

The TV came with everything and is still running great. I bought this in 2020 and it’s still running (May 2024).

I really like the reminders with a check list of todos for the delivery day. No reschedules. Arrived on time as promissed. Sent me a link ahead of time showing the delivery track location so that I can plan better. Delivered the purchase to where I wanted it. Kept everthing clean. The only draw back is that it took 2 weeks for my wall oven to become available, but it has nothing to do with the delivery service itself.

The delivery team was great. They arrived on time and there were no issues.

Not only was the product delivered as promised, but the delivery personnel went above and beyond what was expected a d requested of them. Highly recommend Best Buy and their delivery and installation team and contracting company.

I ended up buying five TVs from Best buy, but one I returned, and the other four were in two separate deliveries 'cause I loved the first two TVs so much, that I had them deliver two more for a video wall I built. This all necessitated multiple trips to my home. The delivery personnel were professional and easy to deal with. All this for free. Pretty impressive. I think Best Buy (at least the delivery drivers) is my new best friend.

The men who delivered my washer and dryer were very knowledgeable about the product. They carefully installed the units and tested them to make sure all was good. The two men, unfortunately I cannot remember names, were very kind and efficient, a really great delivery experience.

The guys were excellent, Respectful, gave me time to clean under old items before bringing in to new. Explained usage and were fast and efficient.

Perfecto!!!!! From the purchase to the installation. The installers Enrique & Albert were incredible!!! Plus we purchased an open floor model & saved 40% & were able to get a deal on the 5 year bumper to bumper warranty plan. Couldn't be happier!

The delivery service was great, complete, and careful. Could you use a Rochester service to deliver to Monroe County customers? This is the second delivery that I've had pushed to the end of the day...

Had our large screen TV delivered the two delivery guys very respectful of our home put everything where it needed to go and cleaned up afterwards great job thank you

The delivery guys were very friendly and professional. They did a good job and letting me know when they would be arriving and they were on time. They made sure that all packing materials were cleaned up before they left and the freezer was running

The associates who brought my order had great communication and did a wonderful job bringing my product.

I ordered a new washer and dryer in late September that I was so excited about, however it's been a huge ordeal to get them delivered (mostly due to the local 3rd party delivery partner). After many phone calls last week, I thought everything was rescheduled for today but unfortunately I received a call from Geek Squad Tech that he would be coming today but that he was only bringing the connections.... which he also found odd. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. So I spent more time on the phone this morning trying to figure out when my appliances would be delivered and installed. Mind you, I had just come back from out of town, my A/C unit had gone out so I was also dealing with that, I have a full time job, three kids and don't have the type of vehicle or manpower to go pick up the appliances myself, let alone get them in place and installed. Joel called me back and this is where the tides turned and he absolutely rocked the customer service part of his job. In short, Joel took the initiative, contacted his manager and found a way to rearrange his schedule. He delivered my washer and dryer today at 4:10 after he was done with his other deliveries even though it wasn't on the schedule. He was able to get my washer connected and now I just need someone to come connect the dryer because it's gas. Joel doesn't know me and didn't have to do what he did today, he could've just dropped off the connections like his job required but instead he went above and beyond. I'm sure this made his day a little longer. He made multiple phone calls to figure out how he could help me, even finding out who I should contact about installing the dryer since he's not allowed to install it himself (I'm 100% sure he would have if he could have). I'm not sure he or anyone reading this will understand how much of a burden was lifted off my shoulders by him taking the initiative. If he hadn't helped me, I would probably still be making phone calls to get it all figured out. Joel has a proven track record at this point as this is the second delivery and installation that Joel has done for me and come up with a solution so that he could do the best job possible. A few weeks ago I purchased a new fridge. We realized mid-install that I hadn't placed my order correctly for the water dispenser/ice-maker connection so he and his teammate found a kit in the truck and were able to get everything set up. Not only is he a problem solver but he's friendly and efficient. Joel, from the Brownsville Texas store/Geek Squad, is the kind of employee that will keep your customers loyal so I really hope he gets the recognition and compensation that he deserves for his efforts. He sure makes Best Buy look good!

On time, great communication, very friendly and professional, told me exactly what I needed to do if I had any problems with the tv, which I did not. Excellent service and will definitely recommend.

the delivery service was great. They were on time. There was no parking in front of my house, so they had to walk a few houses but didn't complain at all.

The delivery team was amazing, sweet, professional, and right on time. When they noticed we didn’t have a water filter system, they had one ready in the truck, saving us a trip to the store. We were able to purchase it on the spot so they could finish the installation right away. They worked quickly, got the job done, and made the whole process easy.

The delivery men were absolutely great and knew what they were doing! My wife and I were worried about the fridge fitting due to having an older house with slimmer doorways, but they were able to take off doors to the fridge and make sure it got where it needed to go!

The delivery process was super easy. They delivered up to my door as planned and even though there was a small dent on one of my appliances, we were able to get that sorted immediately.
