The 2 ladies that were the delivery and installation crew knew exactly what they were doing and were very impressive handling this heavy equipment. They were careful and communicated clearly. I'm pleased with the prep list that came the day before for I did have to do some proep and got it done before they arrived.

The crew called to inform me when I was their next stop and that they were about 15 minutes away. Quick and efficient. No complaints.

We had issues with the first delivery. When I returned the JBL system to buy the Sonos Beam Gen2 system, I told the rep at the store what had occurred and how disappointed we were. He made sure to make notes for the 2nd delivery about excellent care being needed and good communication. He also made sure I had contact information to reach the manager this time if we had any issues. The 2nd delivery was smooth and on time and I was very happy with the service provided by the deliver & set up this time.

The two guys were fast, efficient & safe with themselves and the product. It was a refrigerator. They would get and extra star above a 5 for carrying that bruiser in with straps.

I was really impressed with my delivery experience. The driver called ahead to let me know when to expect them, which I really appreciated. They arrived right on time and were incredibly courteous and professional. They handled everything with care and even took the time to clean up any packaging mess before leaving. So, i bought this item back in 2021, and it is stiill in a great condition and functioning excellently well up till now. I recently needed an additional freezer and was so glad when i realized that the same type i got is still available so i went for it and i am so glad i did. I am not disappointed.

The home delivery and Geek Squad installation is worth it! The prep work was easy. The team communicated well in advance to allow ample time to be ready for their arrival and they arrived on time. Both individuals were personable, knowledgeable, and professional. They mounted our TV, ran the cables behind the wall, and connected the sound bar and sub. The helped answer any and all questions before leaving and hauled away any of the unneeded trash/boxes. Strongly recommend!

It is so helpful to have the Geek Squad to bring the new product and set it up at the same time. Some appliances and electonics ate too heavy or big for one person to manage moving. I am very pleased with Geek Squad experts to handle this. I had only one person that was untrained in the area he was supposted to fix. He got me connected to a person who was an expert. The Best Buy administration should know if they do not train their experts in the products they should repair, they will loose their Geek Squad business.

Home delivery was quick, efficient, and reliable. We got live updates on delivery time and location on the day of delivery. They called us about 20 minutes out. They brought the tv in and were in without a problem. Definitely recommend going this route.

Delivery was great no problems. The service was quick and very knowledgeable with the drivers. I was told i selected the wrong thing so due a refund.

I had decided to get a new TV a 75" LG. And I had come down to the store and they asked what kind of vehicle I had and they then said it wouldn't fit in my car. So I scheduled it to be delivered and today at work a co worker said he could help me and get it to my house. So I went into the store and talked to one of your workers but he didn't know how to do it but he was new so I totally understood. So then he got another person to help me out so I could cancel the delivery and get the TV home, Seth and the other guys were very helpful and just wanted to let you all know that they did an awesome job and I will highly recommend Best Buy for all things. Thank you so much you all are great !!! Have an awesome holiday !!

We did not need to have it installed but it was nice to have someone else carry it up the stairs. The men were helpful and polite.
