Luis did an outstanding job! He was able to discover that 2 of the wires were installed backwards on the wall mounted speaker control, which is why it wasn't working. He was able to quickly install the speaker selector and my speakers work great! He was on time, polite and courteous, and explained how to operate the speaker selector. Thank you Luis!

The agents installed my network boosters (I really don’t know what they are called, that’s why I didn’t install them!) in three rooms to improve the performance of my Internet. They were a great team, very helpful with answering my questions and getting the installation done quickly.

The agent took care of my Wi-Fi, increased my Wi-Fi coverage in the house, and was a great help in answering our questions. He even helped us with the set up of our fire TV so that now we just need one control to access broadcast tv.

Wi-Fi set up with William to replace 5-7 year old modem and router met all expectations, once the router arrived by mail. Just difficult to get a timely appointment. It's been about three weeks, and everything works great.

I can't really rate as of now as he was unable to hook up the WIFI I found out after he left that Cox had two WIFI's hooked up. I'm sure that's what the problem was as I returned the item purchased not realizing what had happened. I also took one of the WIFI's Back which is how I found out what they did. The new one was not to be hooked up until I called COX why they did it I'll never know. Sorry I went to COX they were to delete the new WIFI I had left my Computer on but when I got back to the store the COX guy looked and there Tech deleted the wrong one so I had NO WIFI so I had to return to COX to get them to get the correct WIFI hooked up I have no Idea if I have lost anything due to COX screwup. I'm going to go ahead and rate the Tech as its not his fault what happened but I need I would appreciate you have the tech that came to my house to call me as he probable needs to come back but if he does I'll need to go get the wifi plug in that I needed but I want to make sure that what COX did is the reason that he was not able to install it and he's the only person that could answer since he knows what he was doing. If he calls me I can explain what took place and he can tell me wheather I need to go back and get the wifi wall plug in. Marina P. Malcolm

The 2 agents from Geek Squad brought several different kinds of home WiFi mesh systems to my home and after doing a full analysis of the WiFi connectivity throughout my house, they determined that the Orbi RBR750 was the one that would work best. They installed the two Orbi pods and (for the first time ever!) I finally have decent WiFi in my home and it's made a huge difference in my everyday experience. I'm also looking to replace 2 very old TVs in my home with newer models, so while they were here, the team advised me on what they thought would be my best TV options and took measurements to help me determine the placement and size of the proposed flatscreen TVs. These two agents, Galo and Shayne, were both extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. They gave me their contact information and followed up with me a few times by email and phone after their visit to see how the Orbi system was working and to answer other questions I had about new TVs, etc. This was my first time using the Geek Squad and overall, I'm very pleased with the service I have received from them. I'm hoping to go back to the Geek Squad soon in order to arrange to buy and install two new TVs here in my home....

Geek Squad scheduled virtual visit for evaluation of poor WiFi in home. They recommended product, sent me online invoice for product, home visit & installation. Day of appointment 2 techs arrived wearing masks and shoe covers and with the eero equipment. They did the installation in less than 30 minutes, answered my questions and then were on their way. So easy and safe.

Gentleman was very thorough and gave me the information I needed and assisted with the WIFI information - I wanted to update to WPA3 and he was so quick to let me know that I was very secure with WPA2 and that WPA3 would interrupt my RING equipment and it would not work. He also helped me with my TV remote.

We've had Geeks come twice to our home in a month. The 1st time they installed our 55 inch TV & sound bar and the 2nd time was to install the net-gear wifi extender. Both times they were slow & methodical, not in a rushed hurry. They explained what they were doing & answered questions. They left their card in case other questions came up after they left. They know what they're doing & do it right. We always buy Geek protection. That's why we shop at Best Buy!

Easy, easy, easy, and that's saying something for me. LO l, this is easy to set up. It's easy to use, it has a low profile. It's not all in your face. It's small and tiny, you'll love it.

The agent that came to the house was extremly professional and engaging. He made sure I understood everything he was doing. He hooked up the cable box and checked all the devices needing connections. Most important he practiced staying safe from Covid 19 ... mask on, social distancing. great job
