    Excellent work. Two TotalTech agents installed and set up 8TB Raid NAS to perform scheduled back up's of four separate computers in my home. Techs were knowledgeable, efficient and methodical. System is functioning perfectly. Well done.

    Geek squad arrived on time and quickly factory reset my ORBI router. Then the ORBI failed again. I let the Geek squad know. I have not heard from any one in over 2 weeks. I sure wish the problem would get resolved

    Geek Squad was fabulous! Knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and very Covid-19 conscious. Worked diligently to set up the system and figure out the optimum placement of the pods In the house.

    While one agent as willing and able they were not “experts” in WiFi equipment or my WiFi and modem equipment, which I had purchased from Best Buy and is still sold in the store. The job was left at incomplete. My goal was to further reduce my dependence on Xfinity equipment. Of the three agents on the phone and that came to my home, none were able to tell me a definitive way to meet my goals. All three had opinions but all three were so different that I have scrapped the idea of trying to use my Total Tech Beta plan. Two in home attempts set up Best Buy purchased modem, WiFi routers, Hue lighting system equipment and mission NOT accomplished.

    The tank literally stole one of my prize collections of a manga named black Butler that was on my computer desk, and then on top of that he changed my password on my Wi-Fi and even when I went to reset it to the administer default it did not go to default. I’ve even had a lot of other computer. Tech friends do the same thing as me, and we all ran into the same problem he changed the administration code to whatever he did whatever you wanted

    Support Phillipines omg she has no idea what she is doing. I am calling to say there is a problem. My WiFi is not working. She tells me appointment is 10 days from now. That is a dishwasher. Tells me if I want someone in US call back. Now hour into this 40 minute hold. 20 minutes of person no idea what she is doing. Call now disconnected. Glad I recorded the call not that anybody at zest Buy cares. Spent two hours last night. Then called store. No call back.

    Geek squad employee showed little interest in the functionality of the system he was installing. I told him the previous network provided both 2Ghz and 5Ghz signals. He installed only a 5Ghz network that none of my smart appliances or smart plugs can utilize.

    Chase & Kendrew were the best! Nicholas, no!

    Chase (lead) & his helper, Kendrew, made up for the confusion and ill will caused by the 1st technician that came out, Nicolas. Nicholas initially came out to diagnose a problem with our Orbi router system. Long story short, he recommended a new hard-wired system and even ordered the equipment on my BB card, $800. He said to contact him when the equipment arrived and was installed, $400+. When i called him i got the runaround: he directed me to the call center for scheduling; they scheduled and noted i requested nick for installation since it was his recommendation. This happened twice! The last time Chase was scheduled and rather than reschedule again!! I relented and allowed him to do the work. I'm glad i did because he was knowledgeable, professional, responsive, very helpful, polite, especially after i explained the debacle with Nick. I discovered that nick had been aware all along that i was requesting his return and had the ability to do the rescheduling himself yet kept telling me to call the call center to reschedule. I'll let you ponder why he gave me the runaround and blamed it on "the system". So glad i got Chase and Kendrew instead because they renewed my confidence in BB and their Geek Squad employees. My other experiences in-store have always been very positive (shout out to Raven & the other Geekers at the Gastonia BB store who are always helpful, responsive and knowledgeable).

    Brad was extremely competent in the installation and in explaining all aspects of its performance! He was very professional, personable, patient with our many questions, left no messes, and didn’t leave until ALL of our questions were addressed. He also gave us his work phone number in the event we had further questions! Brad had helped us in the past with other installations and our experiences with all his vists were superior! Best Buy is very fortunate to have in their Geek Squad team individuals of Brad’s caliber. Overall, we have been impressed with all the local Geek Squad! Brad is the GOLD STANDARD in our experience with many!

    I spent two weeks trying to solve my internet issue after a major power outage. I finally turned to my Geek Squad protection service. The annual dues are high, and it was frustrating to get the store and phone tech to understand that my issue could only be resolved with a home visit. I had no option but to pay for the in-home service. To my great delight, it was the same tech I had a few years ago. Not only did she spot the issue immediately - which no one else came close to, but had me back online with the correct replacement part without having to make a second house call. This gal deserves a huge raise. Her great attitude and concern to make the repair right the first time, were top notch! She made sure everything was working properly, including my security cameras, before she left.

    Perfect service. Our tech came in and fixed our router and Orbi system that had been giving us problems for a 6 months. Internet has always been a problem in our house with dead spots and I have had several extenders through out. Tech fixed everything including my printer connect and was able to get our garage set up with internet connection. He did an excellent job and was very professional. Setting up the appointment was easy and Best Buy kept updated on when they would arrive instead of the usual 4 hour time frame. Tech reached our before appt. to review our concerns and kept us up to date on arrival time. Once completed he reviewed all our questions and made sure everything was up and running with internet speed checks through out the home. Great Job Best Buy Gainesville, VA.

    Matt and Thomas were great through our whole media room installation. They were very knowledgeable and professional. Both answered all of my questions even the ones that appeared to be silly ones. I would indeed recommending others to use Best Buy when purchasing and installing electronic equipment. Thank you again for making our media/theater room dream a reality.

    BOTH GUYS JEREMY & MARK WERE VERY PROFFESSIONAL AND REALLY KNOW TECHNOLOGY !!!! MY HUSBAND AND I BOTH ASKED ALOT OF QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS, AND THEY ANSWERED EVERY ONE IN DETAILS! THEY WERE VERY QUICK WITH GETTING EVERYTHING SET UP AND CHECKING TO MAKE SURE IT ALL WA WORKING PROPERLY! WE WERE AMAZED WITH THEIR VAST KNOWLEDGE. THANK YOU BOTH VERY VERY MUCH FOR YOUR INSTALL AND HELPING US WITH BUYING OUR NEXT BIG PURCHASE, THAT WILL DEFINITELY BE BOUGHT AT BEST BUY!
