Excellent set up and device. This new router works so much better.

Both techs we were excellent and especially Sheldon who took time to answer questions in language we could understand. He was also very patient when we had to stop his work until we could look up a password he needed. Everything was setup to our satisfaction and done in a timeely manner.

Noel was awesome and did a great job setting up our new wifi router. He explained every thing and fixed the issue we were having. He even said he'd come out any time to assist if we needed it.

Hayk from Geek Squad came and installed my euro mesh router. He was knowledgeable efficient treated my house with respect and did a marvelous job installing it in all three areas. He even advised me on how to integrate it with Spectrum and help me on that, to increase my speed.I can’t say enough positive things about the job he did it was excellent. The Geek Squad contract is the best thing I ever purchased.

Geek Crew member worked quickly and gave me complete confidence at what he was doing. It was a great relief not having to try to figure this out myself. I will probably have them back out again soon to make sure my new Starlink Wi-Fi is working correctly with my ring cameras, Sonos speakers, tv's, phones, printer and computer.

Arrived on time, was thorough and exceptionally patient with all of my questions. He made sure everything worked before he left...even things he didn't install!! This is why I always use Best Buy for any technical need I have.

Our geek squad agent was very professional. Installed all of our new internet equipment, got it up and running flawlessly, and showed us an easy way to move all of our existing devices to the new network. He also completed the installation of our security products and helped make sure we knew how to use them. Great quick service and service provider.

I don’t normally do surveys. I’m usually extremely loyal to companies that treat me right. However, y’all asked me twice for my thoughts. After my service was completed ( not exactly to my very stringent specifications. I’m the one paying. ) I tried on numerous occasions to contact not only my service technician but the manager as well. Via Emails and texts ( I have the receipts ). To have a number of unanswered questions, answered. Now I know what GHOSTED means! I’ve been with the Best Buy Corporation for more than 30 years! I expected a little more respect! You earned my respect through those 30 years. Perhaps it’s time to move on! I know that my moving on from a large corporation doesn’t mean anything. We’re just a number! Stars ⭐️ shouldn’t mean as much as repeat business! Stars don’t pay the bills consumers do.

The agent was very personable and knowledgeable. He was able to solve my primary problems, and advise me regarding recommended purchases for my home theatre/Smart TV's/& Wi-Fi network, and further support. The product I received was service, and it was really great!

The Geek Squad technician quickly identified the problem and fixed it. Many thanks On a sour note, it was such a difficult thing to make an appointment. There is no way to do it online nor by going into ther store. IT took WAY TOO MUCH EFFORT to find and secure an appointment

The Geek Squad set up the eero wifi system in our home. As usual, they arrived on time and notified us in advance of their arrival. The two member worked in tandem to get this system up and running. Their expertise was evident and they verified that all of our devices were properly connected. We are most pleased with the quality and professionalism of their work.

The team members at Geek Squad are phenomenal and very knowledgeable on the stuff they sell. I was able to quickly get my internet to a very good spot using the Eero system that was recommended by the Geek team.

Geek Squad very helpful in setting up my new desktop computer, printer, Arris SURFboard modem and erro-6 router. Answered all of my questions, Prompt, professional service. Well worth the price for Total Tech membership.

I love the geek squad, they are very talented and make sure you are satisfied and also make sure you have presented all your questions and concerns, this is what they are trained for and I use the geek squad for any technical challenges and support, they go above and beyond and never rush out the door, they only leave when you are completely satisfied!

Very knowledgeable about what they do Dave spent a considerable amount of time in attempt to “fix” my internet/computer issues and at one point suggested it might be my router. By the time he left everything appeared to be working just fine but within 20 minutes the problems resurfaced. I went back to my internet provider and replace the modem. Problem dolved

I bought a Netgear router at Best Buy and then had a Geek Squad rep install it. They arrived as scheduled. It took only a half hour to install and bring the computer and iPad up to date. Everything went well and both reps were very nice.

From the time the gentlemen came to the door to the time they left they acted very polit and Professional. Explained the process and what I needed to do. Even though the issue could not be resolved on this visit they assisted in getting me on the right path.

The in-home service and technicians were awesome. They were very detailed, professional, and explained each step. They also scheduled follow up to make sure product was working as expected. I was very impressed with the knowledge and expertise.

Both Josh’s that helped me decide what I needed were very knowledgeable and friendly. The young man who came to the house was also very knowledgeable and professional.
