I absolutely love this refrigerator. It has so much room.

The design's excellent! Would have given it 5 stars, but bigger capacity is not available for this model.

Love the look of this fridge but the convenience of the 5 drawer designs means the interior door shelves are shorter than most fridges resulting in the inability to put a gallon of milk in the door without bumping the shelves each time you either remove or return the gallon container. Also, it seems to smudge VERY easily, more so than my previous stainless appliances. The interior looks very upscale.

A ton of room, many great features. Love the 5 doors. Slow closing drawers with one able to set for drinks, meats, vegetables. I recommend this any one, especially if you are a chef for your career.

I hate this fridge. There is nothing good about. My ice maker has been repaired multiple times. It leaks, doesn't dispense ice. The freezer gets frost. The door seal on the left door sticks out causing the doors to bang together. The KitchenAid agent said it's not their problem because it's over a year. Best Buy has sent out the Geeks, who cannot do a permanent fix. I would rate it "0" if there was that level. Why do I have to have wait for a repair every few months? This is a true lemon. You cannot open the bins unless fully unless you open both doors. Bad design. The drawers in the freezer are not tall enough except for flat items. Enough, you get the point. Also, the ice maker, when it did work, did not support a hot summer day with two people, let alone a crowd. Rapid Ice mode only sticks for a while, then goes back to pokey mode. Also, the ice dropping is LOUD! Best Buy Geeks say all the repairs have to happen within 2 months on the same part in order to get the fridge replaced. KitchenAid repairs under an authorized dealer do not count.

We got this frig for our new home. The original was a side-by-side and we felt it was just to small. This double door top model met all we needed for a larger and more versatile frig.

I love the fridge. I am learning how to best utilize the storage space and drawers. I love the three tier freezer. It makes things easier to find. I recommend this fridge. It is expensive. I hope it will last better than my Samsung.

The sales people were all very helpful but the real stars were your delivery guys. The whole process was so streamlined from the advance calls and texts and then a final 2 hour window. The only snag was that was no manual because it was an open box buy and we couldn't get the refrigerator to cool initially but I was able to download a manual online and figured out. Otherwise a great experience.

We love this fridge. We looked at a lot of fridges. And this was the one that was a good match. Wish the control panel and buttons were not as plastic'y and fragile. But overall is a great fridge. Delivery from BB was not ideal. First fridge didn't work. Second fridge had a minor scratch out of the box. Installers were amazing, they took care of hauling the fridge in, putting it all together and explaining how it all worked.

Bought this on a great sale. This was a luxury by for us, but we thought we'd go for it. We're live the space and the look. The layout is so much better than our old fridge. Only issue- if you are having a party the one capacity is low.

Looks so good in our kitchen. Love the 2 drawers. We use one side for beverages and the other for yogurts, applesauce, snack paks etc.

5 door frig is the way to go! Saw it in the showroom and it was a must have!!! The 2 mid drawers are fantastic!!! Overall-Design is functional and very ROOMY!!! Also like the freezer set up and the 2 horizontal drawers.

This KitchenAid refrigerator is just fantastic. Everything went great from the time we purchased it and the install. It Avery quiet, which we like, eleven the ice maker. Every thing is kept fresh a lot longer than any refrigerator we have ever owned.

Nice product Except for the horrible buzzing noise. We immediately sent it back. The replacement refrigerator arrived very visably damaged. Awaiting the next replacement. So the jury is still out. Stay tuned.,.

One of the most beautiful refrigerators that I've purchased. However after a year of owning it the ice make stopped working and soon after the freezer stopped cooling. Thankfully I purchased an extended warranty.

Very attractive refrigerator and great idea with 5 drawers but many issues with ice maker. Repair people have been out to our home 6 times since last July due to leaking and ice maker replacement. In fact they will be coming today on July 4
