First, this is my second purchase of the monitor. The monitor is light and good. No complaints on the product.
1-star rating is for Best Buy service and my overall experience. Best Buy sent me the wrong product, someone's else kindle. When I reached out to the customer service, the representative insisted that I will not get my monitor until they receive the return. No exceptions. Best Buy, I think you forget that YOU sent me the wrong product and now put the blame on me and withhold my product until i fix your mistake. I guess this is your interpretation of good customer service. I canceled my order at the end.

Horrible Customer Service!

This arrived damaged. I went to the store to exchange it and they had to ship a new one, which arrived in good condition. A few days later there is a monitor setting on my porch. The broken monitor was returned because the shipping label was put in backward. I have called customer service twice and cannot get help with returning it. They want me to drive about 150 mile round trip to fix their mistake without any compensation? Horrible customer service and very rude.
