I went to the store to exchange it and they had to ship a new one, which arrived in good condition. A few days later there is a monitor setting on my porch. The broken monitor was returned because the shipping label was put in backward. I have called customer service twice and cannot get help with returning it. They want me to drive about 150 mile round trip to fix their mistake without any compensation? Horrible customer service and very rude.
