My in-store experience at the time in buying my iPhone 15Pro (with accessories, data transfer, etc.) was good. But lack of follow-through by staff resulted in my losing out on the Verizon trade-in promo, which was why I was upgrading my phone in the first place. After my spending 3+ hours on the phone with Verizon to try and sort things out, it seems that Best Buy neglected to complete their role in letting Verizon know of my purchase and that there was a trade-in involved. With nothing in Verizon's system about my transaction, I was unable to get the $415 trade-in value credited to my Verizon account. Details folks! Don't forget the details!

When I purchased my Fitbit I requested the assistance of the Gerk squad in setting up my watch and syncing it to my cell phone. The employee was very quick in setting up my purchase. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and thorough in explaining the features and their use. While set-up was being done another employee kept me advised as to the progress being made and time remaining before completion.

The new phone was purchased for my wife and even though the old phone would not charge decently, they managed to transfer 99% of her files to the new phone. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant.

We asked for a lot of help and the Tech delivered with 2 iPhones and 2 Watch 8 having data transferred and all services activated with NO problems! Screen protectors were put on iPhones. Watches were configured and bands put on.

Total experts, installed with ease. Mounted TV, sound bar, hid all the cables, zip tied them neatly, made sure everything was level then made sure I knew how to use my surround sound, streaming services and remotes! Well worth the annual Geek Squad Total Texhnfee.
