I bought a new flip phone and had them transfer everything from old phone to new phone. Took just minutes.

Severin worked on my new phone. I lost my photos from people i text. I was trying to hold back tears, i was very upset. Severin was able to recover all my photos. He made me very happy. Thankyou so much to him !!

We asked for a lot of help and the Tech delivered with 2 iPhones and 2 Watch 8 having data transferred and all services activated with NO problems! Screen protectors were put on iPhones. Watches were configured and bands put on.

New iPad setup and clearing of old ipad was done to my satisfaction but while it was my scheduled time they allowed a customer to interrupt and I was left waiting for my setup to be finished so long that I had to interrupt so that they would get back to my setup

When I purchased my Fitbit I requested the assistance of the Gerk squad in setting up my watch and syncing it to my cell phone. The employee was very quick in setting up my purchase. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and thorough in explaining the features and their use. While set-up was being done another employee kept me advised as to the progress being made and time remaining before completion.

Total experts, installed with ease. Mounted TV, sound bar, hid all the cables, zip tied them neatly, made sure everything was level then made sure I knew how to use my surround sound, streaming services and remotes! Well worth the annual Geek Squad Total Texhnfee.

I purchased the new iphone 14 with trade-in benefits offered. I was pleased to hear about all the deals. The agent transferred all my data from my old iphone to new iphone 14. I was very pleased with the service received.

We didn't us Geek Squad for setting up the cell phone we purchased. The gentleman in the phone area setup the phone along with some very helpful hints on some of the apps. His name is Gabriel

I had an issue with retrieving my code icon kept spinning for longer than 10 minutes was having outside interference other than that the service was great!!

I upgraded my Hp Laptop by buying a new one at Best Buy where I"ve bought all my computers. I gave to the GEEK Squad to set up and transfer my data and info. Great job....it worked perfectly when I got it home.
