The Geek Squad was very impressive and sensitive to my requiements. My only issue was I wanted to see which was better the Geek Membership or the single problem. I wanted to move into the membership but it was too late. They wouldn't let me upgrade without loosing the single issue. Other than that they have been wonderful.

Grateful for support and assistance in removing a sleeper app from my MAC. I tried many things prior to reaching out to Best Buy. And while it took a few agents and disconnects to find someone that had the knowledge, we were successful. Thank you!

I went to Geek Squad because my computer acted up in the middle of updating and was literally unusable. i felt like i had tried everything and was so frustrated. i take online college classes so having a computer at home is very important for me. i forgot to make a reservation and Geek Squad still got me in almost immediately. i explained the problem and both the gentlemen helping me out were very clear about what was wrong and what needed to be done to remedy the situation. they were very knowledgeable about my product and the issue. i was so frustrated and coming to them relieved so much stress. the process was done in a couple hours and now i can resume studying and homework as planned. i was in very good hands with Geek Squad!

The service rep had no idea how to fix my problem. This was a complete waste of my time and money. He would not call me and talk to me; all done in chat. He messed up my browser and did not restore all my bookmarks. I had to reveal information that I did not want to as he fumbled his way through his process. His final solution was to contact Microsoft. Well, I contacted Microsoft, and their hotline said to start a chat, and their chatbot couldn't handle my problem--Outlook wouldn't launch because it was looking for a file. Finally, I keep looking at the error message and solved the problem myself. I called Geek Squad back a day or two later and asked for a refund. It was denied. This was truly a negative experience. I would rate zero stars, if you had that selection.

So far everything has been very god and the geek squad is very helpful and knowledgable .

I love them they are the best cause im really not savy with technology. They saved me many times. Thanks guys for all the hard work and patients you have with me.

Paid 39.99 and did not fix the problem. Individual logged on to my computer and did troubleshooting for over an hour, but did not correct problem. With help from a friend we corrected the problem.

She fixed my "popup" problem remotely in a matter of minutes. WHAT A WONDERFUL SERVICE !!

I am very happy with the services provided to me through Geek Squad. They answered all of my questions and took the time to correctly diagnose the problem.

I was extremely impressed by the initial data intake to diagnose the problem, and then the remote tech person who went in and figured out the issue expeditiously with courtesy to time. I probably did not need the extra storage, but I might have, so no matter what, your team is amazing and I will use them again when appropriate.

He was very professional and patient though out the process.
