    Most of the Tech Geek Squad tried to help. The advanced team looked into the worthless computer virtually and determined it was a manufacturer's flaw. The supervisor chose to ignore helping with a solution. BestBuy did a terrible thing to me.

    The fact that you have to pay for a diagnosis is absurd. Was told if I paid the $40.00 fee they could fix my computer, and they were unsuccessful. They could not even tell me what the issue is. I was told I would receive a refund since they were not able to fix it.

    After an hour and a half including paying for a specialist, they couldn’t resolve my Microsoft outlook problem. It’s tough when the nerds can’t solve computer problems.

    Chat support is not findeable by me. Phone support is purgatory with no help after 2 hours. that whistling song get on your nerves after a couple of hours.

    3 agents and 6 hours later, my problem was not fixed! Then the last agent disconnected, after minimizing the chat screen, without me even realizing the session had closed!
