Amazing TV. Best TV out at this time. It lives up with its reputation. It may be pricey but it is worth it. It has amazing features such as controlling the TV using hand gestures and Google voice response. Add on the fact that it is Alexa-friendly, you hardly ever have to use the remote control or the actually TV to run the TV. If you need to use the remote, that is an even better and more versatile option. The way that the TV is set up for setting is amazing and so much can be done to set the TV just like you want. No problem handling Dolby Vision(which by the way Samsung TV can't handle). It can also do IMAX enhanced. It has a special setting for Netflix which allows Netflix content to be custom enhanced for the best viewing for that content, Sound-wise, it's pretty good sound system alone, but with a sound bar, it is amazing. I used a Samsung-soundbar and it works with that great. Once it plugged into the eARC HDMI, the TV handles the soundbar very well. Dobly Atmos is great. I also run a PS5 and well duh, this TV is built to optimize how good gaming sounds and looks. With the PS5 Pro scheduled to come out in a month, I can only imagine how this TV will be able to handle the upgrades this Pro will bring. The only thing that I can see is a drawback is that it only have 2 HDMI 2.1 slots and one is the eARC. That mean you are a little limited on that, but there are plenty of ways to get a splitter or other means to deal with this. I only use the PS5 and any other input doesn't need 2.1 so it's not a problem for me, but if you need a lot of 2.1 slots that could be a deal-breaker for you. But then again many other TVs don't have many more 2.1 slots. Overall, again, it lives up to the reputation it has as the best TV out there right now, It is expensive, but worth it. I got the 77' but I was considering the 65' which i think is just as good, but I decide to splurge a little for the bigger screen and it was well worth it.

Switching from Samsung to the Sony A95L was the best decision I’ve made. The picture quality is stunning, with vivid colors, deep blacks, and exceptional brightness that brings movies and games to life. The panel makes every scene incredibly immersive, and the built-in sound quality is surprisingly good, though pairing it with a home theater system takes it to another level. The Google TV interface is smooth and intuitive, offering fast access to all my favorite streaming apps. As a gamer, the HDR and low input lag make my PS5 games look and feel incredible. The sleek design adds a touch of elegance to my space. Coming from years of loyalty to Samsung, the Sony A95L has completely won me over. It’s easily the best TV I’ve ever owned.

This tv is incredible for watching movies and sports. Upscaling is fantastic. It gets bright enough even if you're in a bright room. Excellent detail in the blacks. My husband and I spent a lot of time researching flagship tvs. We're very happy we bought the Sony 77" A95L. Looks amazing right out of the box and no problems with EARC connecting to my AV receiver.

Love this tv. It fits my space perfectly because it is not an 85”. My dimensions could handle 77” and under without looking too massive. The picture is awesome and I have the 55” as well in my bedroom and the technology as well as brightness is great. I have a very bright room full of windows and this tv has no problem with washout of image. It’s bright and beautiful

I've been watching this T.V. for 3 months. Excellent picture, color and sound. I have a 65" A90J in another room so I can't see them side by side. I really can't tell the difference in picture or sound. This is noticeably brighter plus the 77" is quite a bit larger. In my opinion the extra brightness is not worth the $5,400 I paid when the A90J is also just about perfect. Beside the bit of buyer's remorse that I have, my only complaint is that it has no cable management in back! I have to use tie wraps to keep all the cables under control. Also, no Prime video calibrate mode like it is supposed to have.

This tv is amazing. Best colors and picture quality. Best upscaling and perfect for movies and gaming. I compare it with LG G3 side by side. The colors are better on sony. If you have the budget and wants something special. Then I would suggest this tv.

Bought this for our basement entertainment area and it’s been great. Excellent picture quality, brightness, and contrast. Price is a bit steep. Sound quality is good but still not the same as a good sound bar or sound system.

I’m conflicted. This is the best tv that I’ve ever owned. It has fantastic color reproduction and color depth, is bright although daytime brightness is a bit lacking. Gaming is nice but again I feel like the gaming mode brightness is either auto dimming or throttling. For movies and tv, though, which is my primary use case it looks phenomenal. I generally use Dolby bright for most content that I can match on. The major con for me, however, is that the TV died after 7 months of use, and the parts are unavailable to fix it until after the holiday. I owned an A95K for 4 years without issue and upgraded to this set, so I am disappointed that it couldn’t make it that far. Additionally, I think that the LG G5 probably offers more complete value with better price and with calibration can achieve similar numbers. Overall I’d give 5 stars in 2023 (when it came out, the competition wasn’t as good) but in 2025 I would def go for the G5 especially for the price.

The TV delivers excellent picture and sound quality. You may adjust the picture to your liking. Sound is great. The brightness is good even for my very bright room (some configuration required). The price is a bit stiff, but I think it delivers value for the features and performance offered. Overall, this is a strong performing product, audio-visually, at a reasonable price.

I am very impressed by the exceptional quality of the Sony Bravia XR 95L 77 inch TV. It has amazing picture on streamed movies. That is one of the biggest reasons I decided to purchase this model. I have learned to change the picture from Standard, fine for live TV. To Vivid for streamed movies. The difference in picture quality is very dramatic. To achieve the best visual 4K UHD experience. A person must have a 4K cable box. Older boxes will not enhance your 4K experience. Also, better HDMI cables should be utilized when setting up this TV. I had a poor signal from my cable carrier. I had them strengthen my signal both inside and outside my home. I also purchased an Extender box. This also strengthens the Wi-Fi reception. I do wish this TV was able to switch picture on its own. Maybe in the future, Sony will be able to create this in a new model. Once you figure out, how to get the best picture experience. You will be very happy with this wonderful TV.

Great potential. But honestly very disappointing. I tried really hard to like this TV but there were so many issues. 1 missing 4 HDMI 2.1 ports which at this price is terrible. 2. There was something wrong with my HDMI ports where there would be feedback every time I play anything from my soundbar with Dolby atmos. There were pulsating sounds with any kind of background music. 3. The screen does horribly when there is any scenic panning. You’ll notice the actor standing with the background changing behind him and everything is fragmenting. Not sure if it’s just my TV based on the positive reviews but I wont be buying a Sony this year. Hopefully 2024 will be better. The reason I’m giving 3 stars is at least its got a good picture and brightness is so much better then my much older oled.

This is the best TV I've ever owned. The way it handles specular highlights and color separation is incredible. I originally had the Samsung s95c but I didn't like the way over saturated colors and clarity of the picture. It also kept loosing the connection when playing my game systems. I then had the lg g3 wich was great but i noticed the brighter it pushed,the colors started to look washed out. The Sony takes the best from both tv's. Colors are vibrant without being over saturated on faces while maintaining great white brightness. The only downside is the price. That being said, I would still recommend this TV to anyone!!

We purchased a Sony tv. Purchase process was simple and the original discount of $1,200.00 was great. At the time of purchase we were informed that if the price dropped again they would honor it. Price dropped another $300.00. It was honored in a matter of minutes. We love the tv. We’ve bought Sony tvs before and have loved each one. They just keep getting better. Our experience at Best Buy was excellent. Thank you Sony and Best Buy.

The most color accurate TV ever! I picked this up from Best Buy on Black Friday and it has been the best TV that I have ever had. Shadow details are not murky. It is plenty bright. And the color accuracy is perfect. Requires little to no calibration. Coupled with a 4K Dolby Vision or HDR movie, this feels like a cinematic experience every time I turn the TV on and tune in. Sony rarely misses when it comes to TVs. Pricey, yes, but like the old adage says, you get what you pay for. I ended up returning an LG G5 for this one and I haven't looked back.

Absolutely incredible picture based on resolution, true colors, amazing contrast and HDR brightness. Very good audio from tv speakers, but I listen to audio with a 7.1 speaker setup via a Denon AVR. Cost is its only downside.

I love this TV! The picture is sharp and the deep blacks look spectacular especially when playing Blu-rays. The size fit perfectly in my movie room and I've been enjoying it with my family ever since. It's a significant financial investment but definitely worth it if you can manage it and love awesomeness. All in all this TV is a blessing from God in a multitude of ways and I'm extremely blessed to be graced with one.

Best picture, great sound, excellent 4k tv, will not dissapoint

This TV is AMAZING! It is pricey but so worth the price . The picture is awesome! The blacks are truly black and the colors are so vibrant and beautiful right out of the box. If you can afford this king of kings TV definitely go for it. You won’t regret it. We absolutely love this TV!

Best TV ever! It lives up to all the YouTube reviews and looks as good at home out of the box (w/out professional calibration) as it did on display at Best Buy. It excels at movies, news feeds and TV shows (I'm not a gamer so I can't evaluate that). I prefer the bright (for OLED) Vivid picture setting for everything. Everyday, I can't wait to get home a be a couch potato.
