    Worst customer service Ever! They lost me as a 20+

    Starlink itself is an incredible welcome change to Optimum. Best Buy geeksquad farmed out installation to 3rd party who cancelled on me 2 times and cost me over $1000 in additional money on top of the 399.00 i paid for installation from geeksquad. I will never use them again, nor will i purchase anything else from best buy. Best Buy also doesnt return phone calls in which they were checking to see what they could do to compensate me. Better to go directly thru Starlink.

    Put router and satellite in a perfect spot

    The agents installed my Starlink Satellite and connected it quickly. Showed up on time and were so great to work with as they took the time to explain every detail to me regarding the device and the app! They were terrific!

    Technician was courteous and called when he was about 1/2 hour away. I work from home so he worked hard to keep my Internet on until he absolutely had to disconnect it to bring it into the house. He was training a new technician and took his time to make sure to explain how to do things and what to do to keep clients happy. I would 100% recommend Best Buy for your installs.

    Perfect Starlink Mounting Service!

    I purchased and easily setup the Starlink system on my own. It worked perfectly but I needed it mounted to my roof. Geek squad examined my entire property to determine the best location and stayed late into the evening to be sure it was done right. They even verified the signal by testing all my devices! Highly recommended if you are looking for professional mounting of the Starlink dish.

    The techs were wonderful; very helpful, knowledgeable, and hard working. Chris and Brandon did a professional job for Best Buy! I couldn't be more pleased. I would highly recommend these two young men. They were awesome!!

    RE: Scheduling and communication with GEEK Squad for Starlink installation. This is NOT a review off the installation because after almost two months and FIVE no shows or cancellations by BB or their outside contractors I finally gave up and hired a professional. Dealing w Best Buy scheduling has been the absolute WORST experience I have ever had! Total lack of communication, misinformation and blatant lies pushed me to the point o no return w BB. NEVER again!

    Great job and pretty fast. Only problem was that Best Buy scheduled them for Saturday the first time and it turns out they don’t come to the Hampton on weekends.

    ...unfortunately, service was not started, nor completed, for the 3rd party company, Mastec Video, was unprepared and had no knowledge of installing the Starlink device. Due to their company policy, they were not allowed to climb up over six feet. (Due to obstructions, device is installed on the roof of the property) The two men were very polite but had no experience in installing this device. I am glad that my money was returned without any restrictions or fees.

    I was billed for an installation that never took place! I was told that I was not going to be billed for install that was scheduled twice but were both no shows. I am disputing this part of my bill and will cancel my best buy credit card if this is not resolved and this charge removed from my bill.

    What a nightmare! Between not being able to call and talk to the store and spent over 4 hours on the phone with the call in group, this was a horrible experience. Bought the stuff and picked up at the store. Install was scheduled in a week. No call from them so when I called to find out about it, they said that a old phone number was on the account and they could not reach me. Rescheduled and now it was a two week wait. This was expedited by a team member in the store. The next day a manager from the Rogers, AR called me. Everything is set up with notes all over the ticket. Two weeks and still no call, they said it was in the system but would not move to the scheduled appointment in their computer. Went back to the store and they could not tell me what was wrong but the appointment was hung up. Notes all in the system and on the ticket to call me. The manager deleted the ticket, made a new one and was very helpful. Now just had to wait another week. So I waited 30 days from purchase to installation with SO MUCH aggravation. The store personnel were very helpful but the call center SUCKS! I made 6 calls and spent over 4 hours on the phone. The sad thing is you cannot talk to the people at the store. The installers were not even Geek Squad employees! They did a good job on the install though. The system and not being able to talk to a store employee on the phone is a disaster!!!!!!!!!!

    Very helpful. Would have preferred that they went through attic though and installed next to gable. But love my internet connection with Starlink.

    Found my own Starlink installer

    The guys that came out were not qualified cancelled the setup proper equipment to drill a hole in brick not able or insured to go on was told by them, on line found professional Starlink installers came in 2 day and setup
