TOOK 3 weeks, 2 installers visits and 2 different mount purchases before it was done. So, NO BEST BUY HAS GOT TO BE THE WORST, BOTH FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ACTUAL INSTALL SERVICE.

Installer never showed up! Extremely poor service and frustrating trying to contact anyone for information or service. Finally Found a local electrician who did a fantastic job

Worthless. Didn’t provide any help actually mounting the Starlink. Just drilled a hole in the side of the house for the cable and caulked it and told us we had to figure out how to get the Starlink on the roof ourself. Total bait and switch of what we thought we were paying for.
