Purchase of 77” LG TV was suppose to include delivery and set up. The TV was delivered but no help in set up. Delivery people did not speak any English and just waved good bye after placing TV on stand
On the bill two charges are listed $100 for delivery and $119.99 for set up. There was no set up help!

I wanted to pick it up myself, but was told I would need several people to get the installation for $119.00. The only thing this includes is taking it out of the box and putting the legs on. So basically for the delivery. If I was to make a purchase at best buy again I would not pay someone to just deliver it.no geek squad came, 2 delivery contractors delivered it.

You guys suck l have been waitting for almost 2 months . You send someone to come out ,and they came out for a tv set up that by the way l set it up myself. This has been escalated 3 times with no help. I believe you should train your staff. No one returns call .so unprofessional. I will never purchase from best buy again.

Bought 98” Samsung TV. Delivery team demanded $269.99 to place on console, damaged TV during setup. Best Buy denied charging fee and refused refund. Bank disputed and resolved in my favor. Very disappointed with service and accountability.

I would not recommend this service. The delivery folks only unboxed the TV, attached the legs, handed me the remote and left. They did not turn on the TV or connect the cable box or tidy up.

the agents showed up with no tv to set up. I had to go up and get tv myself. it has been the biggest hassle to get them to deliver the tv. It took a month to finally get it and I had to go pick it up
