the set up was just for putting on the legs for the tv. done by the delivery service quickly and perfectly.

Bought 98” Samsung TV. Delivery team demanded $269.99 to place on console, damaged TV during setup. Best Buy denied charging fee and refused refund. Bank disputed and resolved in my favor. Very disappointed with service and accountability.

The TV was not thoroughly explained to me how to work most of the functions and the remote for Dish was not correctly adapted to the TV and nor was the one we put in the bedroom where we transferred the other one either. HALF-HEARETED TECHNICIANS to say the least.

This service is extremely basic and not really a setup, but it accomplishes what I needed help with. They moved the TV up three flights of stairs and into my apartment, then unboxed it put the legs on it set it on my TV stand and plugged it in, then removed the trash. I had to connect the hdmi cables, connect it to my WiFi , and follow the onscreen setup instructions.

They did absolutely nothing! They were impossible to get a hold of, and kept sending me to the phone tree once I was able to get a hold of them, passing me off from one to the next. I was hung up on multiple times. I spent hours and hours trying to get a hold of them prior to TV mounting and set up, because they had an error. They sent the wrong crew to TV mount and set up. My TV 98" was delivered in a box on the ground, then left. It wasn't the delivery crews fault. It was Best Buy and geek squad's fault. I have faithfully used Best Buy since 2008 purchasing large items yearly. I would say with confidence I've spent $100,000 there in those years. Geek squad is not like it used to be. It is complete waste of time now. Customer service is a joke. Don't waste your money.
