The installer was great! Wrong remote w tv, had to use my warrentee to getcortect remote otherwise tv and remote had tobe returned and teplacd and re set up/installed. Also tv not compatible with my new smart phone. Product information not adiquite/accurate to inform purcher.

I worked with Ricky from Geek Squad to mount my TV and get all my connections setup. I wrote a review about the TV mount which was done very well. Along with getting my TV setup, I needed my Xfinity box, PS4, and XBOX One connected. Because my TV was above a fireplace and a little higher than normal, connecting all of these devices in a clean and neat manner wasn't an easy task. Ricky did a phenomenal job making sure everything was connected properly and hid all the wires and made my setup look extremely tidy. I would definitely work with him again if I needed any of these types of services. Highly recommended and thank you!!

I like my GeeK Squad technician named, Riley. He set everything up to our liking, and then taught us how best to use the TV and Sound Bar to its' best use.

Ryan was perfect. Made sure all components were operating and suggested & installed a new central base stand for our new TV since the exterior legs were hanging over our cabinet. Completely satisfied with his work and his pleasant demeanor. Sometimes tech people make elderly folks feel stupid because of not being technologically savvy. Ryan didn’t do that. He was kind and patient.
