    a two man crew delivered the 65 inch Sony television, they arrived on time, set up the TV and sound bar and explained the operation as well as connecting it to my services, They were extremely efficient and friendly. the service was well worth the price

    Two Geek Squad techs set up the set in a minimum of time. Very knowledgeable and informative. They were right on time and keep us informed of their ETA. Gave valuable information.

    The nice young man showed up at my house as planed and unpacked my TV, connected the footings and placed the TV on our stand. He then went about inserting the wiring into the appropriate cabinets, connecting it up to all the devices and explained everything a user needs to know. He then proceeded to explain the usage of the remotes in a very polite and professional manner. I'm sorry I don't recall the young mans name, but I would certainly give him a five star rating.

    They not only installed the TV, sound bar, etc. But also all the settings to use our cable control! They tested everything to make sure it worked before they left.

    Agents got the tv set up and working. Really need and instruction manual on how to turn tvs on though. Older people forget what they're told and need it written down.

    I would recommend for $50 can't go wrong ! The agent was great and did the job quickly and right . Showed me the basics and I went from there because I prefer to know how to do myself !

    The "Squad" team quickly and efficiently delivered, installed and set-up our new LG 65" Smart TV! Since, we already had a TV stand in place and didn't want a wall-mount, they had no problem with this install. In and out in about 45 minutes, with most of that time answering questions for us about operation of the new TV features. Top notch job by a great 2-man team!
