There were two Geeks who came and set up my TV. Both were courteous and professional. Justin gave directions and information that was very helpful. Excellent service.

Agent did not mount tv as stated. The service was just to make sure existing tv worked properly with new Bose Sound Bar. He checked to confirm sound bar was connected properly (it was) and then he worked with cable remote for at least 1/2 hour to get the best sound possible. The tv is 7-1/2 years old so does not have the ability to sync properly with components with newer technology. The tv sound is now better than it was, but still much, much room for improvement. Only solution is a new smart tv.

Agent connected TV and devices and demonstrsted how to activate TV voice upon each start up.

Delivery men arrived on time. Took TV from shipping carton. Attached legs to TV. Placed TV on table, attached all cables. Turned TV on and made necessary settings with use of remote controller. Removed all packing material and cleaned up area. Placed old TV and trash in truck and departed. Estimate 30 to 45 minutes total time. Good job with offer to assist if needed in future.

How ironic. I was doing some cleaning today and while I was dusting my television. I notice a little crack on the upper right side of my TV. I was about about to call just before I check my email. I'm not worried though. I know the (GEEK SQUAD) will take care of it. I have full confidents that will happen. I'll call you soon. Sincerely CharlesB.

I am extremely pleased with my tv, the picture and sound is fantastic. It was installed in my family room, I enjoy watching movies and sporting events with family and friends.

No mounting but setup went great...they were very professional and answered any questions i had...would highly reccomend them.

My experience with the Geek Squad was absolutely remarkable. The young lady that handled our TV sound issues was very competent, experienced, honest and of upmost importance had empathy for older folks that lack the knowledge of the technology age. She quickly identified the problem and solved it. We had purchased a new TV we didn’t need and she recognized this and helped us return it. Wow! Sadly, I lost her card but Best Buy is very lucky to have this person in their employment.

guys were relatively quick and did a good job. had issues connecting old dvd player but recommended i get a Sony adapter ($30). that was what it needed. Friendly & helpful. easier than figuring it out myself.
