    Big screen, difficult controls. I now have 5 remotes and can’t get the cable remote to turn it on or off. Difficult integration.three different geek squad people babe out and each told us a different story and did or didn’t do things correctkyb

    How ironic. I was doing some cleaning today and while I was dusting my television. I notice a little crack on the upper right side of my TV. I was about about to call just before I check my email. I'm not worried though. I know the (GEEK SQUAD) will take care of it. I have full confidents that will happen. I'll call you soon.     There were 2 techs. Not sure if relevant but I was originally the last stop until the lead tech received a call to go back to a previous call. I set up most of the equipment so all they had to do was plug in 3 power cords and an HDMI. He did some programs, handed me 2 of the remote and instructed me to put them away I wouldn’t need them. AlexA was not hookup/programmed, no instructions except how to run it in and off. I purchased a Blu Ray player and while setting it up I received messages that I wasn’t connected to the Internet. I called Geek Squad and the CSR transferred me to the “expert” on this. I explains the issue to the expert and he needed to place me on hold so he could ask a colleague. When he returned, he went into what appeared to be a script explains I had an issue with my Internet and I need to call that provider. I didn’t interrupt him so he could continue to make up answers. I finally stopped him to ask if he knew what Geek Squad installed, he said he did. I then asked if he knew how wireless sound works and again he answers yes. So I explained to him that my sub and rear speakers are all wireless therefore they need Wi-Fi which requires Internet. That system was on and working as I was being lied to. Out of frustration I asked for a supervisor. By now I was already on the phone for half an hour without a resolution and now I’ve been on hold for over 5 minutes. I paid $200 for this? They plugged in 4 cables. I assembled the speaker stands and hooked up the FIOS cable to the TV. They didn’t have to hang anything on the walls and I had all the speakers in place. Soundbar on the TV stand, rear speakers on their stands and the sub behind the TV. So for my money I received 4 cables plugged in and zero customer service which I was told was unlimited for 30 days. I should have saved my $$$)

    The agents set up 2 t.v.'s and programmed them for me. Only thing they didn't do was leave written instructions for all the different ways to use my DVD but I will figure all out and if I can't I'll call.

    Set up my 55” Samsung TV and 60” Sharp TV from Cable box to basic checked all channels and insured that everything was working on all my TV

    A single mom family member in another state needed a new HDTV. Since I couldn't buy them one, install it and remove the old TV I let the Geek Squad handle it. The Geek Squad delivered the new HDTV, removed the big heavy TV and installed the new HDTV on the wall. They even setup the wifi, and got everything going. Then they hauled the old one off and disposed of it. Great service that was easy to use.
