You know Murphy's Law well I am very glad I had Best Buy I have a 70 in TV on a swivel bracket by Santa's the first TV came with a little defect the second one came they changed it out it ended up having another defect I ended up upgrading to a little bit better TV a bigger 175 in so you know what they say third time's the charm and it was great because I didn't have to do one thing they did everything and they handled everything for me so if that would have been purchased on Amazon man what a crazy hassle that would have been even any other place I could think of I was happy that I bought it at Best Buy anyway that's my story it was crazy getting too bad TVs in a row but that's on Samsung Best Buy really went above and beyond so I had to leave this to show my appreciation sincerely James

I did not have them mount TV. Liked it on my new TV stand. Hooked up TV, put new wire on my tv got my Comcast up and running in no time.

The geek squad guys were great - they carefully unboxed our new TV and connected our media devices and cable box to it. They were patient with us as we asked lots of questions about the usage of the set and its capabilities. The geek squad guys also demonstrated and explained the features of the television and updated its software/firmware. They made sure we were satisfied with our purchase before leaving our house. We appreciated their prompt, polite, and friendly service.

My old TV (55" projection that served me well for 16 years) was remmoved for far less than I could have managed to get rid of it myself ..... so easy. I replaced my entire entertainment system with a large SONY TV, and receiver, etc. Geek Squad went thru the set-up and did the fine tuning so everything worked GREAT on day one. They also took the time to answer questions and explain what they were doing, It's many months later and I am still impressed by the job they did ........... couldn't be happier with the TV/TV set up.

The installation of the TV went very well. The installer explained everything I needed to know.

I remain loyal to Best Buy because of the Geek Squad. Every representative that has visited my home was a pleasure to have there. They set my TVs up and took the time to explain the process and to make sure that I knew how to properly use all the components before they left. They all handed me a business card with their info on it in case I needed to talk to them. I'm happy to say that they did their job correctly the first time so I never needed to contact them again. Geek Squad service is a definite asset to Best Buy.

My TV was installed correctly and works fine. The tehnican was friendly.

Geek squad is great at setting everything up and giving recommendations when at your home. They are expensive and should be used for more complicated setups.

These guy's came in set everything up and at the same time, explained everything to me. They made sure before they left, that I knew how to operate my tv.

Very knowledgeable and considerate young man did the set up (standing on ledge over fireplace). Got here on time. Took care to tie up the cords and wires so they would not show. Helped with settings. Well worth the price for a 55" tv.

The 2 agents who set up were fantastic! The took time to review and explain everything. They were great!

The agents called ahead and were on time. They set up the tv to my cable provider and internet and further helped adjust the tv settings. It was done quickly and thoroughly AND they took the boxes away. It was a pleasure and I would call them again.

The individual who installed my 65' TV did an excellent job. He connected my external sound bar and my DVR to the TV. He also transferred the remote to my Xfinite remote. The brightness/picture quality was set to standard for better durability. He was polite and helpful.

Excellent service. The Service Technician was on time, explained what he was doing, and patiently provided instructions. As senior citizen we needed more specific guidance and the technician provided what we needed. We have Total Tech program and have never been sorry since the service is excellent and dependable.

The ease it takes to learn and maneuver through the various Apps on the screen is unbelievable. Even for an old man like me. And all with one remote WOW!

The tv wasn't mounted was put on stand But yes they got everything hooked up the 1st time and were great teachers on how to operate the tv!! Our original tv sterro stand was too tall so ee got a new one and while moving to other tv stand 1 hook up function wouldn't work so they came back and they got it working!! Both times did an aboutstley fantastic job both times and were great teachers and aboutstley awesome!! Super polite and very professional

The Squad arrived as planned. They took extra effort to avoid damage the surroundings. Unboxed the product, set it up and confirmed everything was in working order. Prior to leaving they asked if i had any questions and finally on there way out, removed all the packaging material.

Excellent service from the nicest people. The team that installed my television were wonderful, fast and friendly. Normally I am uncomfortable when I have to let people in for a delivery. Not in this case, totally professional!

Enrique installed and set up my new TV. He was great and so patient, explaining how to work the remote and how to get to Netflix, reviewing steps over and over for me until I understood. I was very happy with my Geek Squad installation!
