    Great guys, super helpful, very professional. Serious about being as knowledgeable as possible. My only criticism is not of the team but of the system. They made me select an entire day from 7 AM to 7 PM to be available for the delivery. Then, the night before at 9 PM, I got a text narrowing the window to something like 7-1. That is not exactly a narrow window. They should be able to make it a bit more convenient for customers.

    the service was to deliver and set up a 55 Samsung Smart TV. Delivery was on time, I received precise notifications and delivery/set up was quick and efficient. The Geek Squad service person explained only the features I wanted to know about and did the settings exactly as I wanted. Excellent service.

    I am so very grateful for the service from Michael at GeekSquad! He was funny, calm, best of all diligent and able to quickly install the mount and tv. He reported the issue and helped me move forward getting a replacement. He was then able to come back out and reinstall the new tele that worked like a charm! Glad you guys have someone like him on your team~!

    Geek Squad guy set up my TV in a few minutes. I wish I cornered him so he could have explained all the features of the TV. Owners manual is absolutely useless - the TV serves all my daily needs very well but I'm still in the dark with many of the "smart" (???) features.

    i give the Tech David 5 stars. With his knowledge and service to solve my in sync sound issues, I now have been able to watch all programs with matching sound and movement of the lips. It was good to get a live person and tech that listened to my issues with concern. THANKS!!

    The installers did a great job! They were very polite and informative while installing my TV and hooking up my existing surround system. He made sure I understood all the operating procedures for a new tv and answered all my questions as well as gave my some great advice on upgrading my old receiver to improve dolby atmos.

    The purchase of the house brand 32" TV was changed to a premium 32" Samsung which I picked up at the Marina store. That Geek Squad install is awaiting Direct TV initiation. Previous Geek Squad work has always been the very best, and look forward to completing this project.

    The customer service was awesome. In the morning I received a call that they were 1 person short and couldn't get to my home until the afternoon. He remained in contact providing me updates of his ETA. Granted this messed up my original plans however I appreciated the transparency. Once the TV guy arrived he quickly mounted my tv flawlessly in my brand new home. The technician was very knowledgeable and found a solution due to the stud placement. Highly recommend.

    Guys doin the set up were friendly, clean, and helpful. I took one star off because so some issues they had getting everything working, but in the end everything was working. I would gladly have the same crew return for a future install. My scheduled wall mount for my Sonos surround speakers, Seems the part is on back order over a month, was supposed to be available the morning of the tv install. Not the crews fault at all, and i would be happy having them back to install the mounts!
