The agents were fantastic! Tv set up was flawless and they adjusted my surround sound for the ultimate effect. Very friendly, professional and cleaned up everything.

The young man was VERY helpful, extremely meticulous when it came to cleaning up, everything was installed and I was instructed in a very short time.

The agent set up my television that I purchased as a gift for my sister abd her family. In addition, the agent gave recommendations on the purchase of another television. Because of her, my sister bought another television. Installation was fast.

Travis as the lead technician wanted to be sure to install our TV the way we wanted it, and solved the need for a wall mount by using the inner attachments so that it would fit on our existing stand which no one else at the local Best Buy store could confirm. They assembled the TV quickly and correctly and completed the setup faster than I could see what they were doing. They also removed all of the packing material and large box to save me from lugging it to the curb for Monday pick-up. They both were friendly, obviously enjoyed their jobs, and spoke clear English. They carted the old TV into an adjacent room where floor space was adequate and unobtrusive. They were a pleasure to have in our home.

The delivery guy set up everything on the TV for us and show us how to work the remote and what channel is that we can get extra very helpful

The techs showed up on time, they were careful and courteous in our house and during the set up of our new tv. When completed they hides us through the personalization process and provided us with valuable visual aids to be certain we would get full access to all the features of the tv after they had left.

I declined the setup service at first, knowing most electronics these days are plug-and-play. I called back and added it because your Agents are good insurance should something be defective out of the box. But then your Agent took the time to show me everything the TV could do and how to navigate all the menus, along with some handy shortcuts. That tutoring alone was worth the money spent.
