    The first that set up the tv was friendly and helpful. However, when he went to set up my wireless headphones he said there wasn’t an audio output on the tv. Was told I needed an adaptor or a new set of headphones. Went to Best Buy and was told they don’t have adaptor. Bought new headphones and was reassured that they would work. Not! Had to have another technician come out and said these also won’t work. He had to connect them to my cable box. Wish the first person had known this, it would have saved a lot of trouble and cost of new headphones. Still can’t believe that a new tv doesn’t have this feature when my twelve year old tv did.

    The Geek rep arrived early, and worked diligently to restructure our modem/router wiring for our new Roku TV hookup. He then took additional time to set up the TV, which had been scheduled on a different day. So glad to have his expertise and get it done all at once.

    Despite the difficult spot the agent did a great job quick and easy, also helpful in explaining the use of the remotes, which was Greatly Appreciated.

    Would Be Welcome To Set Up Again

    The gentleman (sorry can't remember his name), was knowledgeable, cleaned up after himself and was very pleasant to talk to. He would be welcome again. My only complaint, he was so fast getting the TV set up, I didn't get the serial number or model number to be able to register w/LG.

    While mine was a simple replacement with no mounting, I was very pleased with service from Raymond. Tv was replaced & set up with my service provider. Saved me a lot of time ,etc. (I'm elderly, slightly disabled, & not very tech savvy. Delivery was included with my Total Tech renewal.

    The Geek Squad was very helpful delivering the TV, setting it up, showing me how to navigate with the remote, and answering my questions. They went through it all quickly, so I had to have them re-explain a few things, but they were patient, friendly, and accommodating.

    The team that delivered my 75in TV was very professional. The TV was brought up 3 flights of stairs, unboxed, and set up in less than 1 hour. Prior to arrival, Cortez, the technician, consistently kept me updated on the time he would get to my residence, calling me multiple times. Not many would be so considerate of one's time. Very happy!

    The 2 Geek Squad techs that came to my home were great wore their masks, shoe covers, very polite. They took down my previous plasma and removed from my home, unpacked and set up my new TV, one of the the techs did a outstanding job neatly rolled excess wires with zip ties, and electrical tape in the back of TV. The other tech installed my apps for me, hooked up sound system, and blu-ray player with my universal remote. They left no mess behind, even discarded large empty box, and Styrofoam packing for me.

    Excellent service from the nicest people. The team that installed my television were wonderful, fast and friendly. Normally I am uncomfortable when I have to let people in for a delivery. Not in this case, totally professional!

    This was my first purchase from Best Buy for a 65" Samsung TV along with Geek Squad installation. The Squad guys were very polite and efficient with the installation. I had a problem later and put in a telephone call to the Best Buy Geek Squad. The lady who answered suggested what I could do to correct the problem. She held the line while I tried out what she suggested and "Bingo", it was fixed without a house call!

    5 Stars because you can't fix what you don't find on the Sony X800M/2 4K Player connected to a Bravia 9 70inch UHDTV and 4K TV. The Movie on blue Ray disk and other types as well would play 3 or 4 trailers before getting to the Top Menu. I don't remember this problem with my 13 year old Samsung system. Inserting the Blue Ray disk into the Sony X800M/2 Player and when the disk starts to load and display disk info, Press the Top Menu Button and thet should send you to the Top Menu on the disk to play the movie. If you didn't catch it in time, when the trailer starts; then press the NEXT button. Then keep pressing the next button until the Top Menu is displayed...

    Glad I had geek squad take care of everything the rats nest is gone everything was connected and linked no more reading of manuals only need two remotes now one for the tv one for streaming
