There are not enough stars to give the two who did my delivery and install. Greg and his partner went above and beyond my expectations and did not leave until I was comfortable with my new equipment. If only Comcast didn’t send the wrong 4K item (wireless, not a 4K DVR) things would ha be been absolutely perfect. NOT a Geek Squad issue.

Was well worth it. Technician took down old TV and hookups and set up new TV. Ensured everything was working. Offered some guidance and tips on the use of the remote and apps. Hauled away the old TV. Everything left nice and neat.

The setup was excellent. Everything was done without problem and the agent was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He demonstrated all the features of the TV including ones we failed to ask about. When he was done he cleaned up everything. Except for the new TV you would not have known he was here.

The Geek Squad (Monty and Emanuel) installed and set up my new LG TV quickly and instructed me how to use the features and made sure I understood everything - they did a wonderful job!

The wonderful folks from the Geek Squad delivered and installed the new TV and also trained my wife and me on the new smart Sony TV. They even checked our bedroom TV to make sure it was working well, too. We love Best Buy and the wonderful Geek Squad!

The agents put together our TV stand and set up our TV. They also set up a new TV and explained how to use all the components. Another agent came the very next day to set up a sound system and helped problem solve issues with an olderTV set up. Everything is working!

Josh and his helper with Geek Squad were terrific with the installation and set up. Ashley in the Willowbrook store was most helpful in guiding me to make the best purchase decision for me.

The Geek Squad agents installed a Roku Streaming Stick on our TV, which was not a smart TV. They then gave us lots of information on how to stream and what things were in the various choices available to purchase for streaming. The agents were both excellent and very knowledgeable!

We had a 3rd party contractor set up our 55” Samsung TV instead of the Geek Squad. We had no prior knowledge that it wouldn’t be the Geek Squad. Still, he did a good job in bringing in the tv , setting it up and showing me and the wife on the controls and remotes. The only negative was he wanted to log us in to our internet. We were uncomfortable with him doing that. We did it ourselves but he still wanted to watch us put in our router password. After he left, we changed our router password. Can’t be too careful.

Delivery was on time and set-up was completed in less than 15minutes. The Geek Squad agent cleaned-up the entire area and thanked me for my business. Plus….totally pleased with the TV purchased.
