The man who delivered and set up the new tv was perfect!! He took the box and was in and out so fast!!

Delivery was on time and set-up was completed in less than 15minutes. The Geek Squad agent cleaned-up the entire area and thanked me for my business. Plus….totally pleased with the TV purchased.

Installers did a great job and were helpful with set up I’m not sure if the installers were geek squad or not but I was satisfied with them

Great install however sound is fading in and out. Research indicates LG is notorious for this problem. We may need another visit from squad to assess, correct, or Best Buy replace

The Geek Squad came & checked out my sound settings (which I admit, I messed with) and restored my sound settings to something MUCH desireable. Thank you for that because it was driving me crazy. I had more bass than treble and background sounds louder than normal. Should have called them in the first place to have them adjust the sound to our liking.

Alex and Bobby did an excellent job by relocating my existing 85” TV to a higher position on my wall. They were both very courteous and friendly. They also installed another TV in a bedroom and took the time to go over all the features. Both Alex and Bobby went above the call of duty, keep up the excellent job.

The Geek Squad tech left a message on my answering machine the day before to confirm the delivery and setup. He called the next morning at 7:50 to let me know that he would arrive in 20 minutes. He did. I was so pleased that a scheduled time was honored by a service representative. He and his partner worked together to unpack the TV, attach the stand, and set it up with my cable in minutes. They were both very polite and personable. I was happy with the entire experience since I was unwilling and unable to do it myself. Way to go, Geek Squad.

A very good option for people that can’t set it up themselves for whatever reason, and it’s an option that not a lot of companies provide. I definitely recommend this.

Two members of Geek Squad came to install a TV bracket as Set up the TV preferences. They were very helpful in how to use our remote and channels! Highly recommend.

The best reason to purchase a TV from Best Buy was it is setup by their team. They we’re on time, courteous, spent as much time as necessary to make sure you were comfortable with your TV’s operation, cleaned up the trash and took it with them
