The agent set up my television that I purchased as a gift for my sister abd her family. In addition, the agent gave recommendations on the purchase of another television. Because of her, my sister bought another television. Installation was fast.

The agent set up my TV quickly and answered all my questions. This was a set up for my Mom through my Total Tech membership and worked out great. My mom is so happy with the service and her brand new TV. The agent was helpful in letting my mom know that her cable digital box was no longer working and told her she should call and get a new one.

The agents arrived on time and set up and connected the tv to our WiFi and streaming services. It was quick and seamless

The Geek Squad connected a new TV, receiver and an all purpose remote control. This includes different zones for different speaker systems. For me this would have been an extremely difficult set up. I don't know if I would get it right. For the squad it was routine. In the past I could hook up some wires, but they found some redundancy in my hook up in my old system. I was glad to have them hook up the new system correctly and efficiently. They were friendly, polite and professional in their work. I recommend using their service.

The person was on time, hooked everything up and showed me how to operate my new Samsung 65" OLED television.

Dealt w/ 2 Geeks due to BB selling us a TV not as advertised (key components were missing) that was discovered when 1st Geek crew arrived. That team was frustrated too but professional and went-to-bat for us back at the store. A different Geek did the final installation when the replacement arrived (belatedly), did additional installation of a FireStick and an old Panasonic DVR/VHS unit w/ aplomb and pleasantness.

The guys did a great job programming my TV and explaining how to use the remote. I have now cut the cable and I am saving a fortune each month .

Very easy process to get my big screen TV set up by Geek Squad techs. They are very helpful and answer any questions that may come to mind.

Joel and Zach (The Geek Squad) were fantastic!!! They were very professional, knowledgeable, and exhibited great customer service. They worked together as a team. After completing the installation they gave me a brief tutorial, and made sure I understood. They removed all trash related to the installation. This was my first experience with the Geek Squad. Thanks to Zach and Joel it was a fantastic, and positive experience.

The TV is fine, unfortunately Best Buy/Magnolia did not understand my condition with Direct TV connection through a WI-FI. The 4G processor requires a higher download speed in order to work efficiently. I would have bought an older technology OLED if I had know this condition. I would have expected my Best Buy and Magnolia sales representatives to have understood this condition and suggested an older technology with a quality picture. The Geek Squad techs were awesome. They mounted and connected the TV to all my equipment. They were TOP Notch.

Excellent service. The Service Technician was on time, explained what he was doing, and patiently provided instructions. As senior citizen we needed more specific guidance and the technician provided what we needed. We have Total Tech program and have never been sorry since the service is excellent and dependable.
