Not being technically inclined, this is the best route for me when purchasing any type of tech. Having the Total Tech Support contract gives me access to a variety of services that take away any frustration when making new purchases. Knowing that I have the Geek Squad at my side to come out and get my equipment set up not only properly, but quickly is comforting.

Two members of the Geek squad came today and delivered our new 75 inch Samsung TV. They were extremely pleasant, very customer focused, efficient and professional. They went out of their way to ensure the old TV was removed, the new TV set up correctly and then showed me how to use it. Very pleasant experience.

The guys installed my Denon AVR 2800 receiver and my LG 77 inch G4 tv to my existing surround sound speakers. They demonstrated how to navigate the remote and were very professional.

Mike, from the Best Buy Geek Squad was beyond excellent. He was helpful, knowledgable, and patient. I could not have asked for a better delivery/installation experience.

Smooth sailing, from picking out the most appropriate TV for my needs, to installation and brief instructions on how to use my new equipment. This was followed up by another visit to understand options for enhancing my viewing experience, where clear and easy to understand options were presented. I would definitely recommend Geed Squad support for people not up with the latest technology.

The Geek Squad Tech Agents were top tier. Across the board they excelled. I have had Geek Squad service in the past for assistance with my existing electronics but these two guys have greatly surpassed them. 1000% satisfied.

I can't stress strongly enough our gratitude for Ricky Garbrandt and Kat. They set up our new TV, sound bar and Blu-Ray, explaining things along the way. I was more stressed than Ricky when our Wi-Fi didn't operate properly! He stayed at it until everything was completely set up and working. He never made me feel like a fool (I am) and seemed willing to stay as long and necessary even though it was Friday afternoon and he certainly had better things to do! Big fan of the Geek Squad!

Robert and Truman was Awesome, these guys came in and set everything up perfectly and answered any questions or concerns we had, They made sure the TV was working at its best including the setting for the best picture quality. Keep up the great service.

If it were not for geek squad and their knowledge and excellent service, I would not buy anything at Best Buy! Best Buy has screwed up every single thing I have ever bought for them but fortunately the geeks were around to make things right. And please do not think that because everything has been messed up I am just not bright enough to do things correctly! I have spoken to many people who have given up on Best Buy for just that reason and we can't all be idiots!

Purchaser's experience levels vary, but no one, and I mean NO ONE has more experience than the Geek Squad. Rely upon them to install and educate you on your latest Best Buy purchase. It is soooo worth it!

They came out and installed my DVD player.Very Quick and easy and explained how to operate. Very Happy!!!

The guys were on time, answered all my questions, showed me how to navigate through the different features of the TV and the remote. They were very nice to a little old lady and very helpful. They worked well together and efficiently unpacked my new TV, hooked everything up, packed up the old TV and left after answering all of my questions and helping me access and set up Amazon Prime and Disney+. Great service in my book.

The service provided was excellent when they came in it’s just couldn’t do together appt for not washer dryer and tv install and also install took a few appt that wasn’t connected between what I got and what showed for dispatch team but at last it was done right.
