The two men that delivered my 65in. Samsung TV were very efficient and polite.I would use them again in a heart beat for my next buy from BEST BUY.

Guys did a great job were patient and set up and hauled away old TV. Gave me great instructions too

They set up my new TV and installed a ROKU. They went above and beyond as there weremany problems with the ROKU. Can't say enough good things about the two Geek Squad gentlemen that were here more than once for the same issue.

Geek squad did a great job mounting and setting up my tv. Showed me how to use the TV with the remote it came with. Which is what I wanted because I wanted to return the cable box to the cable company. Saving 11$ a month. They were fast and thorough.

Geek Squad member Cecil provided excellent service. He was congenial and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions. Thank you for sending him to install our TV.

The agent set up my tv and discovered that my cable box was broken. Because he had done a good job setting up all I needed from the cable co was a new box.

Geek Installer (Xavier Boddie), with proper arrival time notifications and on time arrivals, setup TV on flat service prepared by customer. He properly connected equipment, as he, with utmost courtesy and patience, detailed explained connection hookups, functions, and features of Remote and TV capabilities and applications. Through no fault of Installer, the insignia 4K Fire TV's HDMI connections generated "No Signal Detected". Nothing worked after many different types of hookup maneuvers. Installer, in coordination with supervisor, surmised that the problem must be in the Customer's Xfinity Set Box (XG2v2-P). Needed Xfinity Set Box XG1v4 or Xi6 for any 4K TV.

The geek squad did an excellent job of setting up my 2 TVs. They were very knowledgeable and extremely polite.

Really great service, they showed up when they said they would, got my TV's in and put the stand together in 30 min (which would have probably taken me 3 hours) and had the TV mounted in no time flat. They were very friendly, too and, as a bonus, took all the garbage with them when they left. I was really impressed.

The geek squad tech was very professional when bringing in my new 65 inch LG TV. Since most of it is thinner then my phone, I didn’t want to take any chances trying to install it. He did a great job and was very helpful not only putting up and connecting chords, but set up all my streaming services and help me understand how the remote work. Very satisfied with the installation!

Garrett was fantastic. Curtis and knowledgeable. Fast and easy set up. Neat and clean, I didn't have anything to do but sit around and take it easy.

They set up the new tv and connected all devices. They were efficient and patient. They made sure we knew how to use the smart tv functions and how to switch from Directv to antenna tv. I cannot say enough nice things about these thoughtful, helpful guys. They even made sure all the little styrofoam pieces fro the packing were picked up.

The two nice agents showed up promptly and did all necessary work, as well as clean up.

Very professional and likeable. Went the extra mile to put everything where I wanted it. Would recommend.

The Geek Squad did an excellent job setting up the TV, Soundbar, rear speakers. They were very neat and courteous. They went over the instructions for the TV and gave me hints on accessing the Apps that I have included on the TV and how to add new ones. They also set up the new speaker stands that I also purchased from Best Buy. I would definitely recommend them!

The installation was great. Austin was able to quickly set up my TV and did a great job setting up my components the way I wanted. Very neat and orderly. Good guy too.

The Geek Squad tech installed my TV with no problems. However, he suggested that I purchase a Roku device that would improve the sound and picture quality. He wasn't satisfied with the operation of the Roku device and took it with him. He said he would return with the device after checking it out. This happened 7/31/25. As of this date, 9/1/25, I still haven't heard from him, David Childs. I have sent 4 email messages and called his number at least twice. I also visited the Geek Squad manager and he said he would have the tech call me. This was a week ago. I don't know what the problem is, but I would like to have the Roku control device brought to my home ASAP.

I would have never paid to have someone hook up my new tv, but since the service was free I tried it out. I was extremely happy with the service, they called ahead of time and were even a little early, which was great so I wasn't waiting around all day. Now that I know how great the service is, I would pay for it in the future. So much easier having someone else hook it up in a short period of time, as opposed to me trying to figure it out and spending two hours doing so.

Everything went smoothly. They adjusted it to my liking.
